“First of all, I was so happy to have my favorite fruit delivered! Soursop is not a common fruit and can’t be easily found. The fruit box I received was packaged so well, and the quality was amazing! I had a couple of pieces that weren’t as good as the rest, I reached out to let them know about it. They responded quickly and before I knew it, I had a fresh box of soursop sent to me! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend and will surely order again! Thanks so much!!!”

“**Update to my previous review** My first box didn't ship well and a few of the fruits were either damaged or way over-ripe/bad. I contacted the Customer Service folks and they immediately fixed the issue and replacement fruits are en route. I would highly recommend using this company.”

“I am addicted to limoncillos/quenepas, but have had a very hard time finding a reliable supplier in the US. I am so glad I found Tropical Fruit Box! The fruit arrives fresh, well packed, and within two days of my order, and it's delicious. The one time I had a concern about the taste, they sent me a replacement box for free and the customer service was incredible. I've now ordered two more boxes, and will continue purchasing from them in the future. Highly recommend!”

“This is a revised review for the Tropical fruit box Order I received. After being informed that several of the fruit in the box were not fresh and inedible, they immediately sent me a replacement box and the fruit was perfect. The customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction from this company is stellar. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I ordered a box of mangosteens and created my own box, both as gifts, and the recipients raved about the freshness and quality of the fruit! Everything was well-packaged and delivery was quick, especially traveling practically across country. Very happy to have discovered Tropical Fruit Box and I will continue to use them for delicious tropical and exotic fruits, highly recommend!!”

“I received my box yesterday. Upon opening, I noticed that the 2 Cherimoya's were very dark brown. I sent an email to customer service to inquire if this was normal. I cut into them today and the were brownish color on the inside. I'm pretty sure that is not okay. I followed up with customer service today. The Rambutan's and the Dragon Fruit were good. The Guinep's were so so. Some were way over ripe and had a pasty texture. Let's see if Customer Service makes it right. Update - Within 24 hours, all has been corrected and I have new Cherimoya's and Guineps and both are yummy. Thank you Tropical Fruit Company for the AMAZING service. I'll definitely be ordering another box soon”

“received them well packed. some were still not quiet riped, but couple of days being left in the box they were ready. They were sweet and meaty. Delicious after we tried guyabano milkshakes too!”
