“Really great quality and fun crackers. I always like to buy expensive crackers for Christmas Day and have seen the quality of the gifts reduce significantly over the years. These however were great gifts that could be kept and used. Would have liked to see more of the wooden gifts though”

“I bought several different products from Trouva, and was delighted with them all. My only criticism is that they arrived in several separate parcels, despite being ordered together and mostly arriving on the same day. (I appreciate there may be operational reasons for this)”

“1/2 of the packages I ordered arrived swiftly and in excellent condition, unfortunately I didn't receive the second, however, after a quick phone call (on a Sunday!) they sorted out the error, had email replied in 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received my package, all excellent customer services!”
