“So they remove your reviews even though you can prove that you have had a transaction with the company. Even when that transaction actually leads to a court case where the company is ruled against. Seems Trustpilot really isn't there for the open honestly. it appears they dont want to allow customers to make an informed decision as they sensor what you can and cant post. Shame on you TRUSTPILOT.”

“Leave actual constructive criticism and company start complaining to Trustpilot in attempts to remove it. First Trustpilot will absurdly complain about the language of your review. No name calling or derogatory terms used, however they insist that language must be changed .Trustpilot does not approve any subsequent changes of your review no matter what you try and continues to complain about the language without specifying which sentence potentially violate their rules. After annoying reviewer for several weeks they will remove your review stating that you failed to comply with Trustpilot rules. Another method they use is asking you for order number to prove that you are actual customer. After you provide such number they let the company claim that they cannot find you in their database and remove your review. Sending screenshots of your actual ORDER from that company website triggers Trustpilot to send you automatic BS replies. This is a typical European company; 1. deceptive, 2. outright dishonest, 3.hiding behind local bureaucracy and language. Truly disgusting business that serves dishonest vendors while collecting money from them.”

“I'm very worried that trust pilot reviews are misleading as it seems far too easy for companies being reviewed to remove or block unhelpful reviews. I don't normally do reviews but regularly look at them when making a purchase from a company for the first time. On occasions when I do complete a review I am fair and balanced and regularly give 5 stars if I am impressed. However, I recently purchased some shelf stable ready meals from a company called Parsley box. They mailed me to ask them to review them so I did. My review commented that the delivery service was good, one meal was ok and one was awful (and it was very bad) and I gave them 1 star. My review was not published because it was reported to trust pilot for breach of trust pilot guidelines and the reason for reporting was that the review related to one product and not the service. This is not true as I commented that the service was good. Furthermore when I looked at a good review on their site it was published even though it related to just one product and not the service. It is clearly just far too easy for companies inviting reviews to manipulate what is published and it doesn't seem that trust pilot have the necessary safeguards to prevent this.”

“Trustpilot is not trustworthy a scumbag company that ruins companies and reputations without redress. They allowed a review about my business and myself accusing me of being pedophile. I only became aware of it through a past customer who phoned and told me. It was live for over a week. They also allow anonymous reviews that cant be answered Trustpilot is not trustworthy or reliable. A scumbag company”

“Trustpilot removes honest reviews when those reviews are negative, this means company ratings can't be trusted. I had a terrible experience with overclockers. I put up a negative review and they got it removed so I posted it again and again they got it removed. Trustpilot should be standing against this but doesn't bother so the company ratings are fake and can't be trusted so neither can trustpilot.”

“Worst company in existence. Their compliance team is a joke. They don't know the letter from the letter B. I've reported multiple accusatory reviews that blatantly violate their user terms and they literally saw nothing wrong with them. This company should have a much better vetting system in place. They're incredibly unprofessional and terrible at what they do.”

“When trying to post a review on Trustpilot of a company with whom I had a bad experience, I had a very similar experience to other reviewers here. Trustpilot made it very difficult, requiring overly excessive amounts of proof that went well beyond proof of purchase. After stating they contacted the company about my complaint and after many weeks of emails back and forth Trustpilot finally claimed they could not post my bad review of the company because my bad experience, four months previously, was not sufficiently recent. If that were the real reason, why did they not state that from the outset. Trustpilot claimed the company could have improved since my experience and it would be unfair to accept my review on that basis. While that is true, it's equally true the company could have got worse. And if Trustpilot have a policy of only accepting recent experiences for reviews as valid, do they remove old reviews from their website as being too old and therefore invalid ... I doubt it !”

En este correo pueden solicitar los documentos que acreditan que esto es rigurosamente cierto car410046@gmail.com El pasado día 17 de septiembre alquilo un coche en Múnich. La reserva la había hecho con anterioridad y había abonado a Rentalcars la cantidad de 281,80 euros. 176,09 en concepto de alquiler del vehículo 105,71 en concepto de seguro “cobertura total” Mi reserva es de un vehículo Hyundai I30 o similar “Grupo del vehículo CCMR” . El vale de confirmación impreso lo entrego a la persona que me atiende en el mostrador de Global Rent-a Car en el aeropuerto de Múnich, una vez que le entrego el vale, mi tarjeta de crédito y mi documentación me hace entrega de un documento donde se detallan una serie de gastos con un valor total de 348,82 euros, la persona que me atiende me dice que es una reserva y que para llevarme el coche lo tengo que pagar. Solamente tenía que pagar 10 euros por el paso de frontera con Austria curiosamente se convierten en 20 euros. Les he mandado como 18 ó 20 correos con toda la documentación al principio me contestaban dándome largas ahora ya ni contestan.”

“Trustpilot = DONT TRUSTPILOT Had verbal and written confirmation of my renewal contract price (which I proved to them) and they have now reneged, stating that they have grown and have a higher demand for their services and therefore cost have gone up. I was paying for a LITE package at £780 p/a for several years (which I paid in advance each year). They wanted £4,800 for this year of 2017. It has gone up 4 times of the original cost !!!! They then offered a reduced cost to £3000 p/a which is still 3 times the original cost. I understand prices increase but this much !! They are just trying to sell the dream of the advantages of being with them and not looking at the fact of a long standing client. It appears that TrustPilot are not as customer focused as you may think and their try to appear . If they are selling the idea of an open forum and review platform for genuine customers to voice their opinions of other businesses utilizing their services.....then surely TrustPilot need to take into account of their own actions and how existing clients are treated ! I look forward to TrustPilot honoring their agreement....but dont hold out much hope ! UPDATE - 26.10.17 Had reply for TP - they are still missing the point - I want THE SAME PACKAGE I have had for years - I do not want to upgrade....I dont want to be upsold just to provide me with the same agreed costs and service !! UPDATE - 27.10.17 - 17:16pm TP still dont get the point - I have been offered the LITE package and its functions - That is what I agreed to and wanted. TP tried to upsell myself to Pro which I did not want and simply wanted. Instead of trying to take my review offline by advising me to contact the agent - why not TP simply pick up the phone and call me and HONOR your agreement ? TP are simply trying to back track on my contract and increase charges by offering higher packages that are not required. You still have the LITE package in service which I was offered at £1800 (I have just received an updated quote). So the package is still in service. BTW - This account is for 8 stores and I have another part of the business which I use all the same functions required at £780.00......so you cant tell me you dont offer that package and service anymore?? Absolutely Awfwl Service.....quiet simply TrustPilot want to upsell and not honor their longstanding customers agreements !!”
