“Because of Trustpilot I fell for a scam of a car hire company in Budapest, Klasswagen car hire company, who scam drivers with exorbitant car hire insurance even if you have one already. Klasswagen hire company are Romanian thieves. A company set up to scam drivers. Avoid Klasswagen hire company like the plague, ALL their positive reviews in Trustpilot are fake.”

“I have spent time writing a genuine review for a service received, but Trustpilot removed it just because the company in question didn't like it! I cannot trust Trustpilot, if genuine reviews are not allowed and are removed for no reason other than being truthful.”

“Scam company. Removing genuine reviews. I think it’s only a question of time before someone exposes Trustpilot. Not only is it wrong to promote scam companies but I strongly believe there is legal actions to be made against this company.”

“They are first class blackmailers, If you do not pay them my paid account then they will do everything to get in your way with bad reviews and the entire circus. The prices start from 100 euros in the month only when you pay thousands in the month you will not get started because the mountain is going to be climbed”

“My complaint review about a car insurance firm was put under review by compliance team until I could prove interaction, which I did immediately that was a month ago and it's still in review status. They will not reply either. I do not trust trustpilot I suspect they are in the pockets of the insurer i complained about.”

“Absolutely shocking service, I have had a pretty bad experience with an insurance company in regards to car Insurance. I have put a review up about them and they have asked trustpoilot to remove said review! Trust pilot have emailed me on the 5th of Feb asking for proof of a buying experience I've had with said car insurance, iv sent my policy was was due to start in two weeks. They say up to one week to investigate. Investigate what exactly? The same day trustpoilot removed the review and emailed me for proof, I replied with in hours with proof but now they won't respond to me and won't reinstate my review!! They are definitely in the pocket of certain businesses and will most certainly remove certain reviews of they don't like them. Even though my review was not rude in anyway it just said avoid performance direct car insurance brokers like the plage!!! If they are so happy to remove a genuinely proven review, then they will definitely put up false information about other businesses if the amount is large enough! Or it suits there bank account accordingly. What a joke of a company.”

“Trustpilot CANNOT be Trusted! I posted a review for SingleCare - indicated that SingleCare charges high prices for their services compared to others like GoodRX. My review indicated that I have done research every time I need to fill a prescription (I do not have health insurance) and that GoodRX always has the best prices. I was given a SingleCare card and a GoodRX card from my physician. Whenever I need a prescription filled I hand both cards to the pharmacist and ask for the lowest price. GoodRX is always the lowest and in fact a huge difference. After I posted my review on TrustPilot, SingleCare said that I wasn't a customer, they wanted my email address and wanted to verify that I used their service for filling prescriptions or my review would be pulled from TrustPilot. Of course I didn't use SingleCare because as I stated their cost is higher than GoodRX. SingleCare cannot handle the fact that I gave them a negative review. TrustPilot is now removing my review from their website. This is NOT fair.”

“Trustpilot, is a PR organization for businesses, that pay them enough to destroy other businesses (competitors), reputation and cause integrity issues. If your review will not have a negative impact on a competing company, it will be removed or you will have an issue posting. Be careful using Trustpilot.”

“I complained about a company to Trustpilot. They came back to me asking me to prove my experience with documents otherwise they would remove my review. This would skew their review ratings. Very disappointed and shocked. I thought you could trust them and they were there to support the consumer. See below the email I got from them. “Leeds city council visit my home as everyone else's and ask if I have a tv and broadband do I have a mobile phone can I use the Internet on it can somebody tell me what this has to do with my tenancy agreement they are now working for the dhss especially against disabled people this is an invasion of my human and civil also rights to privacy refuse them entry from now on this is harassment and discrimination thank you”

“Trustpilot is not a joke. I wrote a bad review (one star) for TotalAV, the most bad company and antivirus software ever. They removed my review because they couldn't check if I really bought TotalAV. I send to trustpilot all they asked, order number, invoice, etc. The review removed anyway. I wrote a new one, wihtin 5 minutes it was removed. Trustpilot is just another joke to trick consumers!!!!”
