I received my dress with threads torn on the slit and upper back. The price tag was detached from the dress which made it impossible to return the dress or make an exchange. “I purchased items on the 20th of December 2022 and they could not deliver my items in full, on the 4th of January 2023 they delivered part of the items and I'm still waiting for the rest of the items.
I really thought that Truworths online will be the new way to purchase but sorry if you want assistance go to a store.

“I went in store to purchase an item I saw online because I was experiencing a problem doing an online purchase.They also told me once I receive the third sms that says ready for collection then I can come in store to collect my parcel.
Yesterday the 22nd December I received a sms stating that my parcel is on its way to the store. Today 23rd December I received an sms at 8:11am stating that the parcel is ready for collection at Identity.
Requested an Uber to collect my parcel only to get there to stand in a long line to be told that my parcel hasn't arrived yet,I then had to request an Uber to just leave again without my parcel.
Such a waste of time and money!
Also, I was told that I am not the first person to experience this, on numerous occasions clients come and collect their parcel and it's not ready-also showing their sms that says their parcel is ready for collection.
This is unacceptable!
Such a disappointment in Truworths online purchase services.”

“Dear potential Truworths customers, please read reviews before you purchase from them. I've been a loyal customer for years, and recently purchased a new handbag, within 4 months of occasional use, sadly the (pricey) bag has frayed. This has been used with care, (have other bags that have lasted so much longer with no problems.) because I didnt retain my slip, they are not able to assist me.
(Never thought I would need to keep my slip for products that have such a high price, which should be as high quality?) Very poor quality, you've lost me Truworths.”
