I’ve had various levels membership plans depending on our needs over the last 6 years.Just had to use customer service for the 1st time to stop the auto renewal as it’s my last year as both kids will be at senior school and when using a mobile device you can’t hit the right button to deselect it. It was fantastic customer service and dealt with quickly and efficiently over email.”
