“I had a new EAL pupil in our primary school from Russia and we were struggling with some of the mathematical vocabulary. I wrote and asked Twinkl. if they had dual-language Year 4 Maths vocab mats which they replied that they didn't. However, a few weeks later they got back in touch and informed me that a Russian person had just joined their team and would translate them, which they did! Outstanding customer service!! Generally, they are so helpful and aware that they are also not perfect and so make changes promptly when something is pointed out.”
