“5x besteld nooit wat gehad 4 keer contant dacht misschien ligt het daar aan. ik betaalt met ideal komt mijn eten nog niet word het geanuleerd dus moest ik nog een keer bestellen kreeg ik het wel maar nu heb ik geen geld en ze zeggen 3-5 werkdagen... dus wil je een hoop stress en geen eten en je geld kwijt voor 5 dagen gebruik deze app dan... oja en support zegt gewoon dat ze niks gaan doen en gooien zonder wat toetevoegen de support tickets dicht ik walg van jullie”

“I order DoorDash or Uber Eats probably 5-7 times a week. If there’s an issue with an order through Uber Eats it’s never easy to get help with or anything resolved. They use the mindset, ignore it and it’ll go away. Ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo meal tonight and the cold sandwich only had cheese, no bacon or anything else it should’ve came with. The baked potato that I ordered as a side was crunchy and undercooked, only had shredded cheese, no melted cheese or sour cream. I ordered a frosty that was so full of ice that I almost forgot that it was supposed to have flavoring. When I messaged and tried to get in contact with uber eats for my simple order that they charged me $48.69 they offered me a $5 inconvenience fee and said it didn’t meet any refund criteria.”

“Insane service fees. Uber One is supposed to have free delivery. If I pick it up it is $50, delivery through Uber Eats $78!! Call for an explanation and they ask you to pay to speak to a live person! Complete rip off!”

“I had an extremely unprofessional phone call with a representative named Arvi. I had an issue with my order that he couldn’t resolve. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, he refused to transfer me and continued to argue with me. He even threatened to give me a bad rating. After asking to do a survey on his behalf, he hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable and shows poor judgment on Uber Eats. Someone like him should not be representing the company as a representative. When I called back for help, I was assisted by a kind lady named Mary, who easily solved my issue. I am not pleased with Arvi’s behavior, and I believe something needs to be done.”

“The company has horrible customer service. I was charged for food I did not receive after waiting for over 30 min from somewhere. 7 miles away with no response from the driver. Both chat support and call support were rude and basically just said Oh Well.”

“I use to like this app but last night I ordered a salad with grilled chicken which was 12.00 then added a 3.97 tip, the restaurant was a mile down the road, it’s never been over 20.00, my salad comes I eat it then I get a notice from my bank that 31.92 was taken out of my account by Uber Eats, I called the help number and the lady was no help, my daughter said call back, I called back and this lady checked and said they sent the order several towns over and they charged me over 14.00 delivery fee when I’d actually ordered it from a mile from my house, she said they must have been busy so they sent it to another what a burger that was 21 miles away, that’s not right to do that and said there was nothing they could do, my salad cost me 31.97, I deleted my account from Uber Eats”

“I guess all these bad reviews mean nothing cause they are still in operation which they really shouldn't be how they are idk but my problem is they offer you free delivery when you join the membership but then charge you about 12$ in taxes is outrageous”

“I tried to get a live Uber representative to fix the glitch in their system. Spent time texting to AI over and over with no help. After my requests, I was offered to talk to alive representative - but Uber asked for my credit card and my agreement to pay $5 to talk with their representative!!!! How low this company can go?”

“DO NOT USE UberEATS..... I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN...NOT EVEN IF THEY DELVIERED FOR FREE! Absolute worst customer service ever. NO real live person will help...just an AI generated brainless app. What a joke. Here is the reply I received after my order was delivered ICE COLD... I'm sorry to hear that your order from A 16 arrived cold and was not what you expected. I understand how frustrating this can be. While we strive to ensure that orders are delivered at the right temperature, we currently do not offer compensation for temperature-related issues. Thank you for your understanding. “BRO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY TS. They get my order late every single time. I payed 4.47 once for early delivery, took almost an hour made my Taco Bell cold and disgusting. Taco Bell is never disgusting. It’s uber make the switch to DoorDash. I ordered my food at 1:50 it’s 3 freaking 30 I’m so done. DONT USE THIS APP”

“I was a driver for almost two years! I had platinum level, and was almost to the top pier when all the sudden I wasn't able to Uber. I asked why and they say there were orders not delivered. I took pictures at the drop offs, plus they have my GPS. I asked them to review their pictures, but they won't. One person has called on me out of spite because she is mad I am marrying her ex. I explained and asked for them to review my actual deliveries. They refuse. Said they will make a note about it, but sorry. I'll never use Uber. They just cut people who work hard to make a living and to have good reviews. I was at 98% approval rating!!. Very unprofessional,very much a scam, very much a company that doesn't show those who work hard any respect or appreciation. Don't USE UBER EATS. PS IT'S NOT A FEW DELIVERY. The menu price is jacked up to cover the fare.”
