Uber is controlled by Asian and they're taking advantage of America with the stealing money from delivery drivers..controlled the gps..etc...

Terrible, extremely frustrating. The customer representatives take no accountability and in the middle of the conversation they end the chat. Absolutely ridiculous!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! After 2 hrs of waiting on my food I called the driver and home girl was at home sleep. She told me that they were supposed to cancel it. I will never use them again!

We ordered from mcdonalds with uber eats and this is the second time and the food was cold and burnt. They sent the order to a restaurant that was miles from us and we have 3 mcdonalds within a mile from us. Very disappointed in uber eats lately. Ordered last night from an Italian restaurant and they sent the order to one that was miles away and we have the same restaurant within 2 miles from us. We order from them alot and their quality of service and restaurants they are using now is horrible. I'm changing to Door Dash!

My boyfriend sent me food the lady was unprofessional, using profanity, yelling and screaming in a government parking lot. The address was give to her correctly. She gave my food (which I never got to the wrong person) and kept arguing with me and my boyfriend. She was very nasty. I have never been so disgusted and mortified by an uber eats driver. I have ordered multiple times from uber eats and never had an issue. She does not represent the standards of Uber Eats is not fit to serve the public.

I placed an order and delivery was $20. I tried to cancel the order and they told me they were still charging me for the food. I called the restaurant and luckily they let me pick up both orders in spite of them being skeptical that uber eats would pay them for the canceled order. Never again will i use this company.

Uber Eats is gross! Their drivers literally will deliver your food after they eat it and no one in customer service is accessible, meaning they send automated messages saying sorry but won't help get more food or get the person who did this to you. Absolutely disgusting service.

UberEATS customer service is absolutely no help if the restaurant doesn’t have what you want and they call you to tell you that and you reach out to Uber eats HELP they are no help… NONE …. Don’t waste you time or energy …. I asked to speak to a supervisor to cancel the order the person told me there’s none … the proceeded too tell me that they would have too charge ME a cancellation fee excuse me

I've been charged yesterday, the guy he just rang me once and cut off the phone, He took a photo and took back my meal, I'm not forgivng them. Very awful and worst service I have ever seen.

Disgusting they are the worst , order with DoorDash save half the money they charge you on Uber eats . They didn’t let me cancel order I never received my prefer for 2 days already and it’s still “running late” Full scam they don’t let me get a refund

Worst food delivery app ever , I ordered a bottle of wine the Uber driver swears she can’t find my address even after speaking with her over the phone and giving her direct instructions how to get here , she calls Uber lies and says she can’t get in contact with me and cancels the order , Uber than proceeded to charge me a $25 non refundable fee for the alcohol mind you the wine bottle was only !8

the order was later than promised, and they kept pushing it and continuously lying, and now they are not even acknowledging it, It is very unprofessional. The main scary thing was that the driver was different from the designated one, it was very unsafe

On 8/22/24. an Uber Eats driver broke my front gate. We had ordered food from Pita Jungle. I was told that the driver was let go after the incident. After many phone calls and emails, Uber still refuses to acknowledge their responsibility. The food was ordered from Uber, they had driver pick up the food, they gave the driver my home address and caused him to go to my house. I am only asking that they reimburse me $200 for the gate repair. I have photos, receipt for the repair and proof of payment. Uber says I should use my homeowners insurance for damage caused by them. I would avoid using Uber for ANYTHING.

Uber eats is a great service. But every time I order. Example tonight. A 23. Bill is almost 50. By the time Uber eats taxes and fees are added. They make up ridiculous fees and I always feel like I’m being taken advantage off. Do you even think a Uber eats manager will review this complaint??? They care about the money and zero for their client.in it for the short run not the long run!

Disgusting customer services. Absolutely useless. Ordered shopping from Sainsbury's to value of £42. Ended up getting someone else's order .reported immediately and Uber advised they had refunded the full amount. 7 days later. No refund had appeared so chased. Told refund could take up to 10 days. Chased again today as 3 weeks on and still no refund . They responded back to state as the order was over 48 hours ago they could not issue a refund! Tried explaining again .nope still not getting a refund ! It has taken the majority of the evening of arguing back and forth for them to..get this...provide a refund as a gesture of good will . Er No I'm LEGALLY entitled to a refund as you did not supply the goods I ordered and paid for. Absolute joke and certainly will never use them again .even asked me to rate their customer services at the end of it all ! Absolutely awful !

Forsed to pay for food that never arrived Can only complain on app and just get same message driver waited 7mins then left food! No they didn’t or I’d of found it no photo evidence nothing I think the driver just fed his friends no come back nothing just out of pocked shocking totally shocking I will no longer use everyone else should do the same
