Ordered groceries totaling $13.68. My card was authorized for $49.11 and I was charged for 3lbs of ground beef that weighed 1.99 lbs, after 5 days $49.11 is still frozen 😞

Trying to become a driver is the worse most frustrating experience Ive ever had. No wonder the drivers arent ever happy. This is such a screw around. Its been a month now, all my documents are approved and Ibe submitted a criminal record check from the police department 3 seperate times and just got a measage saying they need to be able to read every word on the picture sent in.....I checked the picture and every word is clearly visible....so for the 4th time I sent in multiple pictures.....lets see what their excuse is now. Horrible experience trying to become a driver.

why should i still pay for a delivery fee if i cancel my order? Uber eats you are stealing from people and you don’t care. And you guys could easily have a double check alert for the location of the restaurant we are trying to order from before we press send but you don’t. That is just too horrible of yall. You just want to take people’s money, and frustrate your drivers/and customers. Big corporations like this is what is ruining this Country.

I've been a frequent user of Uber Eats for a while now, drawn in by the convenience of having food delivered right to my doorstep. However, after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the service. One of the most frustrating aspects of using Uber Eats has been the inconsistency and unreliability. On numerous occasions, I've had items missing from my order or received the wrong items altogether. Despite contacting customer support about these issues, I've often been met with skepticism and resistance, as if I'm being accused of lying. It's disheartening to encounter such dismissive treatment when all I'm seeking is a resolution to a legitimate problem. One particularly frustrating incident occurred when I received a notification that my food had been delivered, only to find nothing at my doorstep when I went to retrieve it. While Uber Eats eventually issued a credit for this error, it was only after I persisted and escalated the situation. It shouldn't take a lengthy and arduous process to receive compensation for a mistake on their end. It's clear to me that Uber Eats prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. A company cannot thrive if it continually disregards the concerns and experiences of its customers. While convenience is important, it should not come at the expense of quality and reliability. In conclusion, my experiences with Uber Eats have left me deeply disappointed. Until the company demonstrates a genuine commitment to addressing these issues and prioritizing customer satisfaction, I cannot in good conscience recommend their service. I urge Uber Eats to take these concerns seriously and strive for improvement.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. UE driver arrived at restaurant. Restaurant had told driver that order was already picked up. I am at work and my wife is over 9 months pregnant and at home. No one has received my order. UE driver told me to cancel order and get a refund. Refund was not given because they're saying food was picked up. I want my refund. We have used UE multiple times. I think this probably be last time.

I would rate 0 if I could. I ordered 3 things and only 1 was correct. I talked to 2 different agents and no help and no refund. They told me that that was what was closest to what I ordered. It’s funny cuz I got up and went to the same store and it’s all in stock. I don’t have a receipt so I can’t exchange anything and I also want my tip and delivery fee back.

Will.no longer be using thier service. They do not care about the customers dissatisfaction and thier service is sub par. There are other companies offering the same services as well as cab companies doing what uber does now. This company should go out of business. They steal money they are thieves.

Awful experience! I gave the 1 star only because that’s the only option I have but in reality they shouldn’t even get a star. My order just kept on getting pushed back and punched back until it finally got cancelled! Customer service is awful at helping customers with their orders. Then 4 hours later my order finally got cancelled it said the order was delivered and it was delivered to a completely different address. Maybe the Uber driver decided to keep my order and therefore cancelled my order. Horrible experience!

I ordered a convenience store order and when it arrived the order was completely wrong. I asked if I could have the correct order delivered to me and they told me there was nothing they can do. How do you give people this type of customer care. They will never get my business again.

Order was pushed out over and over with no end in sight. I canceled and was charged anyway. I requested a refund and they said they have to make the restaurant whole since they started making the food. What about making the customer whole? I had no clue if it would ever be delivered.

Terrible experience. Waited for 3 hours for my order that never arrived. I tried canceling after 2 hours but I was told they will charge me for that. Wow, it really ruined my day.

I placed an order in the app for food delivery from Krispy Rice and decided not even 5min. later to cancel, and once I canceled Uber Eats support told me that they were going to charge me a $59 dollars cancelation fee! I told them that was outrageous and plain robbery. The chat agent and support team told me they was not able to refund or reorder the food. They apologized and basically told me next time to call the restaurant directly to cancel and it was no another way to resolve this issue. I'm done with Uber Eats. I suggest you use another delivery service. I feel like I've been robbed.

I order a meal for two yesterday at Chuy's as soon as I confirmed the order I realized the address showed was wrong immediately I tried to editing my order. The system said that I couldn't edit if I wanted to cancel it. I did. I placed again the order with the right address. When the food was delivered I noticed the delivered 2 of same order. Then, I received and emailed with the cancelation that say I was going to be charged for the food anyway. That is not cancelation! And, they knew perfectly what had happened that I just changed the address. They knew because they send both orders to the right address they didn't need to send both orders they choose to do it to charge me twice. If there is no option for cancelation just say it!!! I would have not placed a second order!! I canceled the order immediately! It was no reason not to accept full cancelation.

I placed an order through Uber Eats ( Big Mistake) When I pressed submit, I immediately saw that my deliver to address was a hotel I stayed at a couple months back in LA. I live in Georgia. I immediately pressed cancel. According to "Uber Eats" in 20 seconds, I thought it was faster. But nevertheless, let's go with 20 seconds. Uber as proxy to Philipos state and claim the order had been started already and therefore charged me the full $76.09 cost of the order. This is theft, in it's most pure form. I would and will never recommend Philipos nor Uber Eats for any consumer. What a carnival racket. Zero attempts to reconcile. Just condescending excuses about how an order cancelled within "By Ubers count 20 seconds" had already been started and now had to be fully paid. My money was stolen, no goods or services received.

Uber Eats driver are forever dropping the order if they see the restaurant has lines. This means you have wait for another driver to pick up the order. In the end you get cold food because Uber Eats does not care about customer satisfaction. They allow their drivers to do whatever without consequences. Horrible business model

So the issue is, it's that I made an order but it was the wrong address so I canceled it and called uber to make sure it was BUT they say the restaurant already received the order SO I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK! There system for canceled orders suck. SO $32.27 was stolen from me from Uber. And I even called the restaurant and I know it's not there fault because they don't have my card info do to uber being 3rd party!!!! Can someone please help?

I drove Uber Eats for three years and am no longer driver due to not having a vehicle. My approach to driving was all about customer service, sometimes driving back to the restaurant if the order was wrong or a drink was missing. This would be off the clock. Now that I am a customer for the first time, I ordered a McDonald's meal a couple of days ago. Firstly, the driver was 30 minutes late with my order. Secondly, the order arrived with the label not sealed and inside the handled bag was an opened bag. The handled bag was opened enough where I would not need to remove any other labels to remove the meal and drink. I was able to stick my entire arm in the bag. She delivered the meal to reception at the hotel, otherwise I would not have accepted it. I contacted Uber to get a refund or a replacement and they were not immediately available. The other thing is they refused to issue a refund, so $17.25 including the tip would not be refunded. I will never order food from them again, and I urge you to inspect your meals, especially if the driver is 30 minutes late

No one offers quality customer service any more and as long as companies are making money no one cares. My food was left in a public area, I work at a hospital and gave instructions on where the delivery should be left. It was left on a bench in front of an area of the hospital that isn't even open today. I refuse to eat food left unattended in a public area. I filed a complaint and expect a full refund, as I paid $30 for this meal. In the photo you can see the order was left sitting on the bench because the doors are locked and this is on the opposite side of the building as to where I am working.

I had ordered food yesterday and when the driver got here, he only had the drinks he didn’t have my order and when I asked him, where was the rest of my order he stated that that is all the restaurant had gave him and then he stated that he doesn’t speak English, So that’s when I got onto my Google translator and translated the same question in Spanish and he gave me the same answer so once he did that, I showed him my Uber order and he still stated that that was all the restaurant gave him and walked off and got in his car. Once he did that I called customer service line to see if I can get a refund. The customer service representative told me that I would have to speak with a supervisor and that the supervisor would have to contact me on an email. I stated to the representative that that was not acceptable and that I need to speak with a supervisor right now to receive my refund. The representative told me that the call had ended. They have a representative called me now Saturday morning and I have not received a callback from any representative or any Uber supervisor so I got up this morning at 6 AM and looked at my bank statement and noticed that Uber did charge me the full amount amount for the food that I never received once I saw that I had got onto the customer service line and spoke with a representative. The representative stated that I would have to talk to a supervisor and put me on hold to talk to a supervisor once the representative got back on the phone. They told me that there was no supervisor available and that the supervisor would have to call me back at this point I was livid and mad I told the representative this is unacceptable for customer service and that you guys had no problem taking the money back but now I’m getting the runaround about getting my money back on my card and told me that a representative would have to call me back or send an email I have not received any emails or a representative call back. Also I’m noticed on the email that they did send me they were thanking me for using their service and told me that they went ahead and charge the amount on my card to my understanding that would be stealing because I never received my purchase and you went ahead and charge the amount on my card without me even getting my order I have been getting the runaround every since then about getting my refund. I stated that that is not good customer service and I have all I would. All I want is my full refund so that way I can delete the app and never use it again , I’m telling the representative she still stating that I would have to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor never called are going on day three and I have not received a refund or a supervisor calling me for this issue. I am really upset about this and I feel that they do not care about their customers and only get the money that they need to do a little bit more investigation on their drivers and make sure that they are delivering food. Make sure that English is a first language instead of Spanish being a first language there should be no reason that the driver cannot understand the customer and then to have the driver just not care and drive off that was the blunt disrespect to me as the customer not only do I feel like I was disrespected with the driver but now I’m feeling like I’m very disrespected as a customer with Uber eats this is an unfortunate situation and all I want is a full refund so I can delete the app and never use the app again

Cancelled delivery as delivery address was wrong. Still got charged even though I cancelled in the first few minutes never again will I use these scammers
