They charged me around $50 worth of food in 2 orders that, 1. I never made, and 2. I never received. I called customer service to explain and have it fixed, but when I talked to the representative, they simply could nor would help me fix it. I also have proof of not placing those orders, since their own App stores all the info about your orders on it. They have horrible customer service, especially with a customer like myself, who was using them quite often lately. You would think they would want to help knowing how often I order delivery. So I ended up switching to grub hub, and it seems they are much better. I will end up disputing the payment with my company because it’s not right that they force me to pay for something I never ordered or received! Terrible company is Uber Eats👎🏼

Ordering food through Ubereats is total waste of time. Please don't believe estimated time. It took 1 hr 15 mins on top of the estimated time.

I don't know if the problem was uber eats or Famous Dave's, my husband ordered food crib there he ordered 3 combo chicken, sausage , brisket, Mac and Cheese and loaded baked potato, instead he got ribs tips dry as hell, what I think was banana pudding and cornbread nothing of what was ordered, the meat is burned and hard as jerky, we paid 38.00 for that garbage!! And what kills me is people don't even care we'll refund your money I don't the money I want the food I ordered, there is no accountability for people's actions they mess up and thing it's ok cuz the customer gets their money back NO!! That's not the way it should be, now this is the second time that we've had this problem with Famous Dave's there will not be a third!! These restaurants are getting worse, not only are they putting out garbage food there's no accountability, just horrible!! And then everything is thru 3rd party so what do they say it's not our problem or it's not our fault.... yall cook your food yourself at least that way you know what you're getting and didn't just waste 40 for nothing

I am tired of getting overcharged and then not being able to contact Uber representatives. Even if you can reach someone, you waste an hour or hours on it. I quit them several times for months and this time I am done for good.

really bad customer service. very rude and unhelpful. my food arrived stone cold, took me 15 mins to find a contact number, i rang only to be told no refund as food delivered within time scale. Awful

UberEats frauded my account for a total of $1595.99 over the course of 2 months. I believe that this was done by an UberEats employee. UberEats employees/chat agents have been very unhelpful and seemingly incompetent at dealing with this properly. I was away from society & technology on a self discovery journey for 90 days, then came back to a huge shock & a lot of stress dealing with them, my bank and the police. I was shocked and embarrassed to find out my card had $62 left on it when I was attempting to spend over $200 at Dollarama (with my son and a full line up of customers behind me). I have tried to resolve this through Uber Eats help and they have been so difficult. Each time, I am given a different chat assistant, so I have to explain the entire thing all over again. They finally refunded a total of $906.34 and still owed me $690.25 but each refund was separate, so I had to go through all of my transactions and figure out which ones they had refunded and which ones they had not. This has been very time consuming and overwhelming for me. They had stated on their online chat that they cannot refund anything further back than 30 days but some of the charges they did refund were over 30 days ago and some of the charges in the past 30 days they didn't refund. It was like they just picked and chose random charges to reimburse to make it more confusing for me to keep track of. On another occasion, talking to one of their chat assistants, they claimed they can't reimburse anything past 90 days. They told me my card number was on someone by the first name of 'Kevin's' Uber Eats' account, not on the only account that my card should have been used, but they would not give me a last name or city or anything further to assist me with the police report or bank's fraud investigation. Yesterday, they reimbursed 3 more charges that they chose at random and they still owe me a total of $502.72. They wanted me to go through my bank statement and type out every specific date and charge amount that was made. There were 22 fraudulent charges made, almost every day and sometimes even twice a day from March 6 to April 14. I strongly believe that it is an UberEats employee that charged all of this to my card, as I had my wallet locked up while I was away, nobody had access to my card and my card was not used on any other website except for UberEats. I am on ODSP and have a very limited income so them returning this money to me is detrimental to me surviving and paying my bills.

The driver whose phone number is 7863141001 takes 45 min to an hour just to steal my food. I kept calling because he sent me a text saying “food left at door” but I knew he was lying. I called the number all that night with no answer. I then called in the morning and when he finally picked up I said I never got my order and he hung up in my face. It was only when I told him I was going to make a report that he then lies saying he accidentally gave it to the wrong address. He only said this after I had to blow his phone up to see why my ordered was saying delivered and I had nothing I paid for come to my door.

Despite being a loyal customer, my experience left much to be desired. Today, I contacted Uber Eats customer service regarding a refund for an order that was either undelivered or unsatisfactory. The representative I spoke with refused to provide any insight into why the refund was denied, citing company policy. Despite my repeated attempts to understand, the representative remained unhelpful and uncommunicative. Feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer, I requested to speak with a manager. However, the manager I was connected with appeared to be reading from a scripted response and refused to engage with my concerns about the initial representative's handling of the situation. This lack of accountability and transparency only exacerbated my frustration and left me feeling unheard and dismissed.

I ordered 3 Big Macs as well as filet of Fish Chocolate shake and basket of fries. I called customer support and they said they were sorry but I couldn't have a refund. And I spend more than most. They are getting horrible!!

Horrible experience ever! Saddest part is that I am loyal customer since few years now and they treat you like garbage. It’s so disappointing as there is no way you can reach out to upper management. People who are helping you via text on their App will claim to be the highest management. I will never recommend Ubereats to anyone. Please Save your time and money.

Ordered groceries (only 3 items) which included 1 banana. When delivered there were 7 bananas, and I was charged for the extras. Despite it being against the law to charge a consumer for products they didn’t order, 2 separate “help” agents told me that they were sorry I was disappointed but they would not refund the adjusted up charge despite it not being my mistake. They recommended I review the picker/delivery person as the way to deal with the mistake. Their behavior is literally break the law.

I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s not like it’s a one time thing and I didn’t give them multiple chances but EVERY TIME I try to order food with Uber eats there is no driver. By the time they finally deliver food is ice cold. They should just stop offering the service.

I always do my Uber eats request the night before and for some reason they always get canceled the next day. Then I have to scramble and figure out how to get lunch to business groups that I constantly need to provide lunch for . I feel like Uber eats is not reliable. They never had a good explanation why this is happening. Just system error. I give more than enough time to be able to do the orders. I don’t understand why the restaurant say they never see the Uber Eats request? The delivery time was between 11 and 1130. I called Uber Eats and they said well it’s not scheduled until 11 so the restaurant will not see the request until 11.??? I said it needs to be delivered by 11 to 11:30. I get zero explanation. Grubhub managed to deliver

i have an issue with uber eats they dont want to issue my refund after getting burnt food. Any time i had an issue with my food i sent pictures too to prove to them about the food. i even had one time the uber driver dropped my entire order outside and they didnt want to refund me back lost out on money and today once again. Lost out on money and im starving. Uber eats the worst. No matter how many times some one has issue with a order you should refund them back especially if they have photos to show you.

The delivery times are SO long and Always Drivers have delivery stops along the way which just results in needing to order 90 min to 2 hours ahead and COLD food or drinks that are melted Usually regret my order and Customer Service is lacking for example offered a $4 Credit rather than refund on an $18 order for 3 of my 4 items delivered 90 min after order cold and ice in milk teas completely melted

Delivery drivers are working ILLEGALLY. This is the 3rd time my delivery driver was completely different to the person allocated to Deliver my food on the app. Today was supposed to be a middle aged Asian man, when I opened the door it was a young foreign woman who spoke NO English whatsoever. Police need to shut this illegal operation down.

Prices were high, only received 20% of my order after waiting over an hour, manager at restaurant confirmed the Uber driver did not pick up all the items, customer service at Uber was terrible as they took no responsibility for they’re mistake. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.
