“Bad customer care, I have been with Ubereats for years, they never protected their customers from food stolen by third party. I’ve switched to DoorDash for months, so happy with them!”

“The whole entire group of people that work for this company are incompetent and disrespectful. They don’t give you your food or half of it’s missing then when u call customer service they refuse to give you your money back. Pretty much half of them don’t even speak English and they are all based out in India.”

“I placed a $ 75.00 order that, according to my app "sonething went wrong, please try again later", I tried again. Same error. I close and reopen the app, and place the order again. This time I got a confirmation. 20 minutes later, I GET A DUPLICATE ORDER. I CONTACT UBER: SORRY, YOUR ORDER IS NOT ELEGIBLE FOR A REFUND. THEIR FAULT, I GOT RIPPEDOFF. I IMMEDIATELY DELETED THE APP. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. THIEVES”

“I ORDER FROM UBEREATS AFTER WORKING UBEREATS. ORDER FOOD TO PICKUP AS I SEAT IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE I HAD GIFTCARD FOR UBEREATS. THEY SENT MY ORDER 30 MINUTES AWAY TO COVINGTON KENTUCKY. I CANCELED MY ORDER AS SOON AS I SEEN IT WAS KENTUCKY. THEY CHARGE ME $16 CANCEL A ORDER THAT WASN'T EVEN SENT TO STORE YET. WHEN ASKED ABOUT MY MONEY THEY TOLD ME THE COULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY. BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS MADE ALREADY. SO OVER ORDERING FROM UBEREATS. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP”

“I paid my order using Ozow EFT, after 3minutes my order got cancelled. I logged a call was told i was not charged i must give some time money will reflect back into my account. After 10 days still, contacted my bank they send me proof of payment with reference number to Uber bank Account. I send them my bank statement with proof of payment, they come up with a long programmed message for everyone that i took time to authorise the transaction. 1st if you take time the bank will automatically kick you out. 2nd whether i took time or not the money is out of my bank account is in your bank account. You have reference number on proof of payment to trace the money. My bank trace it is in your account. After you ignnored my messages”

“I tried to order some medicine today because i am really sick. I am 20, and in the US you can get cough medicine at 18. so i went out with my id even tho it hurt a lot to go out in the heat and it made my breathing much worse. I get to the driver and lo and behold, i am not allowed to get the cough medicine, because uber eats claims you have to be 21, for medicine. As someone who has a breathing problem with my sickness and has asthma. I am truly enraged about this. It’s unsafe and they refused me service, it is not against the law for someone 18+ to get medicine. I have gotten medicine numerous times myself. I can’t leave my apartment today. Thanks for being the worst service.”

“I received my order and items were missing and I paid $50 for two meals. For the forth time in a row Uber eats has told me I’m not eligible for any refund. I asked the customer service support rep why am I paying Uber eats money and she could t give me a Answer, I’m really sorry there nothing I can do all I can do is push a button and if it will let me refund you I can refund you but it won’t!!!”

“I ordered food from buzz and Ned's bbq .the ribs were completely undercooked with raw pink meat..I reached out to the health safety food concern team. The sent an email about a refund they never processed. I reached back out again because of this. Instead of taking action with the restaurant and resolving my issue they closed the chat on me..made me wait 5 hours for a response..lied about putting my issue under investigation and so much more.”

“Ordered Uber eats as a special treat. It was not a cheap meal as it was $80 total. The driver just never turned up. No attempt was made to call me. We left the door ajar and have a very very loud doorbell and tiny apartment. We had the phone on us at all times. No missed calls, no contact attempts. I attempted to call the driver through the app but no answer...of course. So where is the food? Just blatant theft. Uber eats is currently not responding but has originally stated that the driver attempted to deliver the meal. What an absolute joke. Our family was left without dinner and this was meant to be a relaxing evening. Life has been stressful and this was meant to be an enjoyable evening. This is theft by the driver and should be able to be charged as so. I'll be calling ombudsman tomorrow.”

“UberEATS is a joke. I order from dunkin and had to wait 1 hour and 15 mins for my order. It wouldn’t let me cancel it. When I tried to request a refund of my entire order they gave me a $4 credit! I don’t want a credit because I didn’t keep the order. I want my money back”

“First of all to whom it may concern I live two minutes from a Wawa. I decided to place an order for pick up because I was going to full gas in my vehicle went to Wawa. They said there is no order for pick up not knowing the order went to a different Wawa, I got charged for $12 the point. I’m trying to make is that Uber Eats could’ve let me know the store for the pick up. No, I have to pay $12 and I did not receive the stuff I ordered you is ways to do things better than this. They should’ve confirmed the address for the pick up. All is it they just want to make the money for themselves”
