“Most of the time ok experience. But when it was bad it was really bad. Not worth the headache. Most recently accidentally submitted an order before being able to remove some items. It was for snacks at speedway. Not food that needed to be prepared. Was charged $34.96 for canceling snacks.”

“I was promised a credit on a order never got it noticed on my next order it wasn't there they refuse to fix it. I canceled my membership with the entire month remaining my entire order tonight was really messed up I order 4 days a week minimum they are giving me back $3.47 wtf! And they put in in credits instead of my bank and refuse to fix that. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and never use this company worthless customer service no supervisors they could care less”

“Absolutely never order via these. We ordered German Donor Kabab in Cardiff and it was almost 2 hours before it said was delivered. Never arrived and now have to wait ages for a refund. Refund process an absolute joke. Due to this we won’t be ordering from this restaurant again either. Unacceptable and terrible service.”

“I had two orders that I never received that I was charged for. First was a large order for my staff at work. The place I ordered from pushed the window of delivery back 3 hours so I cancelled the order. I was then told the food was already made and charged me. When I tried to get this resolved they told me since the food was made I would be billed anyway despite the 3 hour delay and common sense would tell you that the food wasn’t prepared if the time was pushed. A month later my food just never showed but was charged. I had both charges refunded by my bank but UberEats now is asking for two payments to use them again. Total scam”

“Is a Uber eats driver I read a completely zero if I could worst company ever conceived and ran the CEO doesn't care anything about the drivers or customers totally worthless company all they care about is the bottom line and how much they can show the shareholders and how much the CEO can get in bonuses what she got 24 million last year on the back of the drivers by stealing their wages Very badly ran company”

“Shame on you Uber eats they charged me for the order it’s not never delivered and the delivery gentleman!!! pick it up after I called Greggs two times to ask why it wasn’t picked up yet!! … I will remove Uber eats and I will never order from them …. I swear I will never forgive you Uber eats or the driver who takes the order and didn’t return it back!!!”

“I have spent alot of money with uber. They great when your paying their billion $ industry, but when I ordered my family food, they told me my address was our of the delivery area. I was told I had to pick it up or they was taking my $. I purposely called the restaurant to catch the order. They said it hadn't came in yet. Uber tells me no refund because the food was already being prepared. GOTCHA! Somebody lied to keep my family of 7's hard working $70 to get richer. Smh Very Disappointing 😞”

“Was sent food that had visible green mould on. When complaining about the mouldy food they sent a standard response to say they cannot issue a refund. Very poor customer service .”

“We and our friends have very bad experience with uber eats drivers as they are lying about delivery and saying we have dropped in front of the house instead knowing the fact that we been waiting outside just front of the house, and when we are calling them they saying its not their problem if delivery is not there, they are lying and dont know where they keeping the food, very greedy and rude, i just encountered same issue with Santosh on 5th May a delivery we ordered from Royal india”

“The initial issue is not with Uber but the delivery person. They dropped my food of in the middle of the street down the road with no photo that they are “required” to provide. Now my issue on top of this with Uber is the fact that after requesting a refund because the food is trashed, they will not refund my tip or delivery fee. This is unacceptable. Uber consider yourself uninstalled because this isn't the first this has happened. (And yes Im aware I have to take the tip away but at this point they have wasted my time.)”

“I was making weekly orders from restaurants for two weeks. Out of the blue I could not submit a $27 dollar order even though I had over a thousand in the account. I call U er tech support and put on hold for a long time. The. Was told a tech team will call back in (24hrs) to support the problem. WTF. I told them I'm die etic and need to eat. She repeated she was unable to resolve and a support team will call back. I will return with update.”

“Ok for some orders like Jimbo's but terrible fir Insomnia cookies. This is the 2nd time my order took over an hour with NO REAL SUPPORT NOR TRACKING HELP. Guess my ice cream will be melted again like the last order. NO MORE AFTER TODAY and I will surely get my money back.”

“They steal off you don't bring your full order and refuse to refund what they haven't delivered won't even look at getting what was missing delivered to us so yes was about £4 but if they do this to lots of people it soon adds up in their pockets I will never use them again.”
