Terrible app design with many flaws. The fact the reorder button will find the closest restaurant without notifying you of this change is beyond me. Then to follow that up there is upfront cancel button. You have to go through several menus as if you were playing Where’s Waldo, to find it. Their customer service is atrocious at best. And I believe they pride themselves in operating this way. I will NEVER use this app again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this app, and my hope is that they will continue to spread the word. In today’s society the consumer has the leverage and has options to choose from other business who provide the same service as UberEats.

I placed an order May 3rd and the was wrong. I notified UBER eats the same day. I received an email on May 3rd from UBER stating that they would refund the order. After waiting the 7-10 days that's listed on the email I still had no posted refund in my account. When I reached out to two UBER eats customer service representatives they refused to issue the refund I was told on May 3rd I would be receiving because the initial Uber customer service rep didn't do what they said they would do on May 3rd. I am now having to dispute the charge with my bank for the charge I have in writing that Uber would be refunding. Take your money to another service that actually values you as a customer and values you spending your hard earned money with their company.

I just started delivering for Uber Eats, for starters the app doesn't work very well! So I started delivering and orders were canceled, restaurants they sent me too were closed the GPS wasn't working properly! I wake up and my account is deactivated and they won't release my money to me! I had to file a appeal about things they did during my deliveries and they still would not release my funds to me! Does anyone have any idea how this can be handled??

Terrible service I made an order it went 30mins past the lasted estimate time they send me message that it was delayed I cancel because it's too cold by then they charge me 16.50 too cancel wanted me too pay for food I order an hour an a half ago they are Terrible I deleted the app I use then 4 too 5 times a week no more for me

On April 27 I placed 2 orders with Uber Eats. Although the app shows completed, no delivery was made. We contacted Uber Eats who referred us to the delivery driver. When contacted, was speaking with me, as soon as I mentioned the order his English relished. We contacted the merchant, who confirmed that no order was placed. After 7 calls to Uber Eats, as of today 05/13, only a partial refund have been received. Uber Eats is a celebrated SCAM.

Used a coupon then still got charged the original amount the next day. Customer service like robots repeating something not helpful at all. Would not use again

We did not get our food order tonight and then UberEats said it is not eligible for a refund. What??? They stole our money!!! What can we do? It's the driver's fault. He delivered it to the wrong address. He should pay it, not us. We're hungry and out over 50 dollars. :(

First when we got our food there was only 1 drink when we paid for 2. The bag and everything in it was COVERED in BBQ sauce. Then when I called to complain the women hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to the manager. The man put me on hold for 5 minutes, then came back and said there wasn't a manager available and one would call me back at my phone number. Still haven't received a call back. This is far from the first time we have had a problem with an order.

I ordered Uber eats at 7:45 and it is currently 8:50 on a Sunday night. The delivery guy isn’t even near the restaurant. I've tried getting help many times before and every time they came up short. Don’t even get me started on the promos because they never work and if you try to get help it’s damn near impossible. Every single time I order through Uber eats it’s a disappointment. Door dash is leaps above this company. Uber if you’re reading this please get out of the food delivery service or restart from the ground up.

I ordered dinner for me and my wife for Mother’s Day! Nothing showed up and driver entered pin so Uber is zero help! Absolutely disgusting service from a supposed business! Disgraceful you just lost a very loyal customer and hopefully more will follow. No one needs useless companies who don’t stand behind their service!

Uber eats doube charges me, a lot!!, 🤬 I have a disaster voucher weekly since March 2024 & lost $700 because they wouldnt accept my debit card as 2nd payment, so i couldnt use the $ in march. . They charged the voucher $20 & my debit card $20 for 1/ same order. Their customer service is a joke & not helpful. The 3rd part that send ne this voucher weekly cant fix it either. I gabe up trying ti get groceries & they charge my debit & not voucher ( its my primary form of payment & why i didnt want to link my debit card) & my chase bank account, i've reported fraud 6+ times from Uber eats. It takes 30 minutes to 1 hour. I hate uber. Lots of problems & i will never use then again. They get 1 star review for a reason. Higher food prices i noticed also.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. U charged me $79.34 for my order and customer service is explaining the secondary charge of $79.24 as a hold. U got your money and are holding another $79. 24 to make sure I had $ in my account. Like what? And the girl told me to check their online policy. Nowhere in the online policy it says it will hold an ADDITIONAL same amount of $ after they took the $. So I'm paying interest and charges on that money for MINIMUM 5 business days! WTF.This is exactly the reason I haven't done uber rides in 5 yrs. They charged me 3 times for 1 trip and I has to talk to 7 people and got the $ back finally after threatening to talk to a manager after being told the same bs. The amount of $ they took was more than double the trip also. Last I checked if u don't have $ the order won't go through but these crooks hold onto it from day 1.

I ordered from a restaurant on Uber eats and my order was completely wrong. I told them of my problem and got $7 for a $26 order and no mention of my complaint going to the restaurant.

It took Uber Eats over two hours to deliver our order. The customer service was abysmal , they refused to cancel it and refund my money, and the food was cold and inedible once it finally arrived. I ordered and realized I had not ordered the item I wanted. Within seconds I canceled to reorder. It was early morning so I know it had not enough time yet to get a delivery person or start the order. I was charged 23.00 for the cancel. I did a help chat to reorder . Ubereats said they would give me back the money so I could reorder with uber cash. Then another rep said that never happened. I dud not see a refund in my bank Uber Rep said it could take 3 to 5 days. I feel I have been ripped off and theynwere so rude . I had problems before with them and I was giving Ubereats a second chance. Now I will never use them they can not be trusted.

We ordered through Uber Eats in Belton, Tx. Our delivery driver was Kaitlin. The original delivery time was 6:50, the changed to 7:15, then 7:30. When we contacted her to ask if she was close, she told us if we didn't choose priority she could pick up as many as she wanted in between. She then told us that she gave our food to someone else because we could afford to miss a meal. The only way to contact Uber is through chat. If you are wanting to have food delivered through Uber Eats in Bell County Texas, think twice. Awful service from the driver and the company.
