Enables scammers and ensures they walk free! Someone was using my card unauthorised to order hundreds of pounds worth of food and they allegedly found a link between my account and the person that has been ordering - I have never come across that name in my life, how do they have access to my card and are linked to me is beyond me. They are now refusing to discuss the issue further and are REFUSING to refund me 538 pounds. Unbelievable.

I agree with many people here; it is absolutely the worst customer service ever! I will say that they used to be good, responsive and extremely helpful. As of late, something has changed, and I'm so glad that I do not pay for Uber One. On February 5, I created a group order, and an item was left off of one of my coworker's orders. I submitted a ticket, and the usual, I was told that someone was looking into it. A week later, I checked on the status and received the same response. Two weeks later, I check the status, and the ticket was archived stating that a resolution had been reached. I resubmitted the ticket, and I was told they were aware of the issue and working to fix it. I asked what was the holdup, that it had been over two weeks. I stated this was very unprofessional and unfair to the person who did not receive the order she paid for. I was told they escalated the issue and are working hard to find a solution. I guess if this is an escalated issue, everyone in that department must be dead, because there has not been a resolution, and they previously tried to close the case without resolving the issue. True, it is only $4 and some change, but it is the principle of the matter that gives me pause... Uber, you really need to work on this, as your ratings on several sites are reflective of the level of service you have provided.

I placed an order, was told the driver was 2 minutes out, I went to door to accept order and the driver cancelled my order. When I requested to connected to the driver for more information I was denied and then told I would be charged for my order regardless. I spoke to 3 different customer service representatives and none of them were able to rectify this situation. So I am getting charged for an order I never received. I WOULD NOT recommend using Uber Eats...It is completely unacceptable treatment of a customer that Uber Eats does not hold their drivers accountable and essentially permit them to steal from their customers.

Do not use Uber Eats!!! They are a scam!! Canceled my order immediately and got charged $2.00 less then my original order. Did chat with 4 different people from out of the country and all were rude and didn’t help at all.

I have ordered many times using Ubereats, and there have been many times that I have not received my order or it took WAY to long. Frustrated with this service!

If there is zero to choose, this company deserves zero star. I order breakfast and never came, when I called customer service, they said something happened and food cannot be delivered, and cannot refund either, basically I paid for their breakfast. will never use this uber eat any more. They basically stole your money and you have to spend time to deal with customer service. totally waste time and money!!!

My ordered was delivered to the wrong address and the wrong person. I called the idiots in customer service and they are bunch of stupid people that don't listen and do nothing. I need a refund ASAP. Never again use UberEasts. Terrible customer service.

Uber eats doesnt care if the order is missing items. They wouldnt refund the missing items. The store wouldnt do anything , cause uber paid for it. So if you get wrong order or missing items uber doesnt care. Its all about there fees.. When you pay for steak and get ground beef uber doesnt care. They got your money and fees. I just closed and trashed my uber eats app. Now its time to stop being lazy. And eat out or carry out my own food. Good by uber eats.

Canceled an order by mistake and they wouldn’t let me put the order through again. One agent said I would get my money back and the next said I couldn’t. They are robbing b******s!

Ordered a McDonalds via Uber hosted and supported McDonalds App [Order ending 3916D 06/02/23] which included a Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese Meal at £6.99, the DQPWC burger on it's own is £5.09, we all know that when you order a McMeal you buy the burger and the side and drink are effectively subsidised upgrades. Uber failed to deliver the burger. I called Uber and requested a refund for the missing burger, they refunded me £2.09. I called them again the next day and complained that I had been short refunded, I was told that with a McDonalds meal if any one item is missing it is Uber's 'policy' to refund 30% of the order value (you'll note that this is not even 1/3rd of the value) so my refund was correct. I asked to speak with a customer service manager and was wrongly told that as the refund had already been processed at £2.09 there was nothing else she could do and that I needed to request further assistance through the Uber supplied McDonalds app, the support on the McDonalds app is the most useless excuse for a chatbot known to man and there is no way to request a refund (or anything else useful) through the app, the only information provided is a phone number to contact Uber 'customer service', which turns out to be a call centre somewhere in or around India where they use every sludging tactic know to man to stop you from getting any customer service satisfaction. I ordered 'a meal' I did not receive it, nor did I get an appropriate refund. I was averaging about £120-150 a month on the McDonalds and Uber apps, which have now both been removed from my phone. There doesn't appear to be a way of closing/deleting your Uber account either, only removing payment methods.

Spoke to many people for a long time and felt after such a hassle I had for three hours I should’ve received some sort of credit. After being on the phone for 16 minutes they won’t give me anything. I’ll order from another app in the future. Very upset

If I could I would give negative stars. My order was missing items and through help I received a $5 refund. That is a fraction of what was missing cost. Had to Google many sites to find a phone number

Right after I payed for the order the site glitched out. My order never reached the restaurant. And there is no customer service hotline or chat that I could find. Every response in the "Help" section starts with "Open your Uber eats app", I guess it's possible to order and pay online but if you actually want food or to cancel an order or get your money back you need the app. Everything is needlessly annoying.
