Done asda shopping ordered 14 items only half arrived noway of contacting the driver, drove to asda myself there woz no bags leftover so I'm guessing the driver enjoying my food.

My friend ordered food from one of the restaurants using ubereats. We were tracking an order and suddenly it was showing delivered but the order didn’t reach us. There is no customer service on the mobile app. He used the help button but didn’t get much help. Called the driver. Driver was not picking up the call. It was beyond 9:30 PM. Most of the restaurants close at 9:30 PM so I started ordering food from Papa John’s using the ubereats app. I was in the final step and my friend got a call from the driver so I was holding the phone and didn’t click the final submit order button. My friend said that the driver went to the wrong place and mistakenly marked the order as delivered and he is delivering soon. Suddenly, I looked at my mobile, and the order was placed accidently. I tried to cancel the order but there was no cancel button. I found a help button at the top right corner of the app which I clicked multiple times, but it didn't work. I was panicked and started looking at the other options to connect customer service. Somehow I found another help button and was able to cancel the order. My order went in at 9:57 PM and was able to cancel the order at 9:59 PM. UberEats charged me for food. I contacted customer service and didn’t get much help. Customer service said, your order is ready, you can go and pick it from Papa John’s. First of all, there should be a cancellation button for canceling accidental orders and allow a minute or two to cancel the orders. There is no phone number or live chat available to reach out to customer service. I was expecting a better resolution. I also requested customer service to arrange a call with her supervisor. She told, I will get a call back from her supervisor. I didn’t receive any calls.

Items missing again from a takeaway KFC Maidenhead send pictures of what we got and ubereats unwilling to refund me the items missing wont be using this app any longer cheaper to drive and collect all day long

Horrible Customer Service. First Time Placing An Order With Uber Eats From Taco Bell On Plainfield Road. The Power Bowl Had No Tomatoes, Lettuce Or Bean. There Were Literally 3 Small Pieces Of Chicken. The Steak Quesadilla Meat Was Burnt To A Crisp And There Was No Extra Steak (That I Paid Extra For). There Was No Sauce On The Quesadilla And It Was Too Dry To Eat. The Nachos And Cheese Was Spilled In The Bag And Resulted In No Cheese Sauce For The Chips. I Called The Taco Bell On Plainfield To Have The Order Corrected And Was Hung Up On Twice. I Would Not Use This Service Again. Reached Out To UberEats Customer Service Twice And Have Heard Nothing.

Uber Eats is the worst delivery sites . They never deliverers on time after taking so much money for it and they canceling you after waiting 1-3 hours for your food you paid for

Uber Eats stole my money and would not refund me 50.00.. The driver never made..Called me and asked me to meek her for my food. She the then stated she was calling uber to let them know that the trip to my house did not pay enough. Do not use this Service.

I ordered food and delivery person cancelled my order stating I am not reachable. He didn't ring our door bell either. Initially I received no sms or email about my order as well. Uber also rejected my refund request stating that delivery person has followed protocol. The trust uber have on its delivery person it didn't have on its customers. I never recommend this service to anyone...

Worst customer service ever! The app wouldn't let me log in with my email and password, I no longer had access to my old phone number. I could not get Customer Service to grant me access despite giving them all details they needed. Including screenshots of my new number from my phone. I tried to sensor other information from that screenshot and they demanded to see the full thing. Since when do these apps need so much insight of our personal info to do this? This took 3 days! Cancelled my account, will NOT be coming back. Skip the dishes and door dash is way better!

They steal 5-12 dollars every other order (or their drivers do) and just send you on the way and say screw you. Their customer service hangs up on you after being rude and then you have to start all over again. Biggest fricking scam to date!

Their website didn’t work, gave me an error that there was something wrong. So I went out and bought my own food, when I got home I see the order that never processed sitting on my doorstep. Poor customer service followed. I paid extra for convenience ended up driving to get my own food, a lot of waste and very poor Uber eats experience. Take responsibility for your errors, fix your app and make the confirmation of orders more timely.

No food and no refund! We made our first order with Uber Eats. The delivery driver attempted to deliver the food to the wrong house as evidenced by the photo. He apparently phoned the number registered to the account but the call did not come through. We noticed the food was late and checked. Saw the missed call and the delivery photo saying he could not deliver and saying he’d cancelled the order. This was about 15 or 29 minutes after we expected the delivery. We tried calling the number and got an automated message from Uber saying our number (the mobile registered to the account) was blocked because it was not registered so we could not call the delivery guy that he had the wrong address. Uber has refused to refund us as they claim they made every effort to deliver the food.

Terrible delivery driver experience and terrible customer service! Avoid I placed an order, got a phone call from the delivery driver 30 mins later, shouting at me on the phone because I’ve sent him to a restaurant that has closed down, he continued to tell me to f##k off and hung up. I have tried to contact Uber by phone, keeps getting cut off because I don’t have a live order, and every message I send through the help section I just get generic reply’s and the case gets closed, Will be closing my account down and refusing to use their service again!

This is the WORST company ever. I’ve actually completely had enough of them. They aren’t to be trusted at all. Most of the time when I order from them - there’s always an issue such as missing items, wrong items or undelivered and they refuse to offer an actual solution. A few days ago I ordered from the app and two items were missing from my order for which I was refused a refund for. Makes absolutely no sense at all. And now today I ordered from the McDonald’s app which is a service delivered by ubereats. The order is stated is delivered but when I called ubereats to say I hadn’t received not the delivery or any missed calls from the driver they said that due to my refund history they can’t offer me a refund. In all honesty if their drivers or restaurants didn’t mess up orders I wouldn’t have to claim a refund. Bottom line it is extremely unfair to charge me for a delivery I did not receive. It’s actually daylight robbery and ubereats should hold their drivers to a higher standard. Just beware that before you order with ubereats if your order is wrong or missing you may not receive a rightful compensation.

Good arrives ice cold even when you pay for priority delivery. Drivers just sit around on phones while your food is sat at restaurant. Uber don't care and don't refund or acknowledge.sevice has gone down hill.

The worst experience I've ever had ordering food from Uber eats. I placed my order online and was told it would arrive at 6:30pm to my front door. Keeping my phone on me and waiting by the front door no one came to deliver my order. At 6:50 when I checked my email I got a delivery failed message. Upon checking with the restaurant they told me that they had prepared my order and given it to the Uber courier to deliver. I contacted Uber eats customer support about this and told them that their courier never turned up,and they said they would still charge me the full amount and not give me a refund for the undelivered order. I believe the Uber courier stole my order. Uber should give me a full refund.

I placed an order for a Chinese takeaway via Uber eats and expected the food within 20 minutes. We were sat at home waiting for the delivery which never turned up. I was informed via the app that the order was complete, however there had been no sign of anyone.Trying to reach Uber eats is nearly impossible and after multiple attempts, I called the restaurant to be told that the food had been collected some 20/30 minutes prior and their system was marked as delivered. I ended up reordering the food and going to the restaurant to collect it myself, expecting to get a refund for the order and the tip I have given in advance. Finally I’ve got a response to my multiple emails telling me that they’ve looked into the complaint and they can see that the delivery partner tried to deliver and waited 7 minutes. I explained that no one attended the property as we have a ring doorbell and no one tried to contact me on my mobile as I have no missed calls and that they must be mistaken, after several emails back and forth with me offering evidence that no one attempted to deliver or call along with proof that I attended and collected the same order, they have now ceased communicating with me with no plans to reimbursement money I spent. This company has no regard for providing a satisfactory service, or fulfilling their orders and should be avoided or better still shut down.

Reveived our order after 1 and half hours and it was cold it was not kept in thermal bags. And the food was not tasty.
