I have been suspended off ubereats for no full explanation but from an automated message. I have had app issues and called ubereats to let them know the issue on three different occasions and the last time I was given two tesco orders and my app was playing up so couldn't see the addresses so had to call ubereats for support. Then a few days later they state I'm faking my GPS. Seriously? I do my job quickly and professionally. I have been off ubereats for eight days now with no call or email of an explanation. Under gdpr I would like some sort of reason and evidence but again ignored. Very terrible how they treat drivers who are here earning a living for their family and with no explanation and no point of contact you effect people's livehoods

Placed an order and got called by the delivery driver outside the restaurant to say due to a police incident it's closed and they cannot pick it up. I was asked to cancel the order by calling UberEats. Not great, given he was an employee and could have presumably done that for me but OK. I called their customer service line and explained the issue. Took so long just to get them to understand what their own driver had told me. Anyway after 30 mins on the phone the order is cancelled and I got an email confirmation. I was assured the money would not go out of my account as I had seen the authorisation flash from my bank. A few days later, guess what? The money is taken from my account. So call number 2 is made to the customer service team who again take a great deal of time looking through notes, asking the same questions, getting cancellation info from the email confirmation etc. Finally I am told a refund will be processed and I'll get it in a couple of weeks. Nearly 3 weeks have passed and nothing, so call number 3 made to their CS line. The person takes the same info & says the refund was made their end, there's nothing they can do. Maybe wait a couple of days more or contact McDonalds. I asked for it to be escalated within their business as they have the connection and relationship with McDonalds, not me. I have no way of contacting them about this and all the terms I read pushed me in Uber Eats' direction. He refused, so I asked to speak to a manager. I politely explained the issue to her and she couldnt have been more disinterested. There would be no finding out why the refund hadnt gone through from their end, it was up to me to ask my bank why the refund hadnt gone through. "And what information do I give them about when you processed the transaction, under what reference number and from what account? They cannot trace a payment without information." "Tell them it would say "UberEats" on it. I'm disconnecting the call now as I cannot carry on the conversation". Absolutely shocking

Do not use Uber Eats. Had the wrong order delivered twice and received a refund. Delivery was for someone else even with their name on it and not mine. I received the refund so I used it and that delivery was perfect and the food great Olympia Diner. Tonight I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order French fries. The wrong order was delivered again - no bacon burger, no French fries. I complained and I received a nasty email from Uber Easts saying that people that ask for too many refunds will be blocked from receiving any more. Wow even if they made the mistakes. They just blamed me for their delivery service making mistakes. So I went to chat on the Uber site to correct this misrepresentation of my orders and me. And was switched to another chat person and then when she got on the line as I typed she hung up. The orders that were wrong were so off it was like they never read and compared what they were picking up. I have no problems with the other delivery services.

Uber eat is a scam. I ordered from McDonald's app and was tracking my order only for the app to show that my order has been delivered. I reached out to McDonald's and they said my order is with ubereat. I reached out to uber eat and they kept tossing me around. I lost 11 pounds just because of this. No food, no refund. The driver lied that the food was delivered.

Estimated delivery time is twice as long. Please recalibrate your estimated delivery times to reflect reality. You shouldn’t have to order 2 hours ahead of actual delivery time. Very misleading.

This platform is basically designed to scam customers. They blatantly overcharged me and refuse to refund. another time, the driver brought us a burrito and fries instead of 6 poke bowls that we ordered. UNBELIEVABLY, they refused to refund once again. Their call centre in the Philippines or India doesn't listen or care about customers concerns and basically have a script to scam people. Stay away from Uber Eats!

Someone hacked my Uber eats account and ordered £300 worth of gift cards. Sent multiple messages to Uber with no response. Absolutely shambles of a company and now I am £300 down. Don’t link your PayPal as PayPal won’t do anything either as Uber pre authorise PayPal so you get no protection.

The absolute worst service. Ordered from McDonald's with estimated time of arrival of 30-45 minutes. Driver never moved and kept increasing arrival time. 3 hours later, when I spoke to customer service rep twice, and finally they tried to get in touch with a driver, drived ignored phone call and canceled the order. Tomorrow I need to spend my time and dispute a charge with the bank. UbreEats has to be SHUTDOWN. THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IS BEYOND THE WORST. DON'T ORDER FROM UBEREATS EVER.

Retired lawyer. Wishes to start a class action against Uber Eats —will not accept any fee —doing the work pro bono. If you did not receive your food but Uber Eats nevertheless refused you a refund , please send an email to lifeesgood@duck.com. After evaluating the claims, I will decide if it is worth going forward . They are currently operating with impunity and literally stealing in my opinion from individuals who lack recourse and crippling senior citizens and others who can not leave their homes. Again this is purely pro bono. .

I will NEVER use this app again! If I could have given minus I would! I received a completely incorrect order. I complained at the time and was informed that I would received a refund. After several days past and still no refund, I contacted them again, only to be told it's now gone past the 48 hour window where I can receive a refund! But I made contact as soon as I got the wrong order! Uber eats are a con! The reviews speak volumes people so take note and delete the app.

Never ever use this company. Driver never delivered supermarket order. Uber took over £200 off me and failed to deliver anything but refuse to refund. Beyond comprehension that they will not refund for failure to deliver. It’s basically a mistake or theft or fraud but rather than investigate the driver or the delivery they take your money and ignore the matter. Spoilt my holiday. They refuse to talk to me other than through standard responses in their app. They wiped my chat record with delivery partner to make things more difficult. Tone of their responses is to claim they are making final decisions about your claim. I feel totally defrauded. Do not use them. It’s just not worth it

I wish I could give zero star but that's not even an option. Placed order at ubereats on 20 Feb. There was missing items in the order and complained to uber eats. They told me they will refund the amount but they did not even refund me half the amount. Called them multiple times, explained the situation to each and every customer agent that I talked to, but they kept saying wait for a week, the refund will show up. They told me they will refund the whole amount for the kind of harassment that I had to suffer. Finally the manager from uber eats called one day and told that they have some issue going on at their end for refund. Once it's soughted, the amount will be refunded. Called them back again after 20-25 days stating the refund has not been processed. Now, the agent told me, we are unable to refund your money as its not under our policy to refund extra amount of money for customer harassment. Did not even bother to refund me the original amount that I paid for the missing dish as well as kept me on hold and finally disconnected the call. Poorest of the poor service and badly disappointed from a company with a brand name having such a poor customer service.

Ordered a salad through Uber Eats. I received the wrong salad, which wasn’t Uber Eats fault per se, but when I contacted the restaurant, they couldn’t refund my money because I purchased through Uber Eats who owned the payment piece. Then, I contacted Uber Eats only to be told that it was my fault for not reviewing the items carefully. They told me there was nothing they could do to assist per their company policy.

I ordered yesterday via Uber eats in Irvine, and the ordered got delayed (more than latest arrival or maximum time), the foods were not eatable anymore, I complained in Uber customer care, one of the agent, name Kabita Jain said he will refund the order (which is reasonable), but she did not later (clearly bluffing for good review). Next day when I asked them again why the issue is not solved yet, they kind of harrassing me, sent me one service to another and did not solve the issue, rather being rude. This is how I get the service for which I am paying every moth? You are not giving me service for free so you have no right to act like this.

I spend so much money with Uber and when it came to me to complain about a £30 freezing cold order, all I got refunded was £5! Absolute joke. I no longer use Deliveroo because of poor customer service and it's looking like I won't be using Uber for much longer either. Very disappointing. SJD

So upset these uber drivers are the worst!! Always something missing or damaged then my other being delivered to the wrong place and they refused to give me a refund. Uber eats will be deleted off my phone this second!!

My order was cancelled yet again. It is more likely that my order is cancelled, than not, and when I do get it, there's often a mistake. The amount of time it takes for my order to arrive is very long compared to other applications. Disappointed and taking my business to DoorDash. I won't ever be using Uber Eats again.

I ordered my meal and having placed the order, I saw it was going to the wrong address. ( I had started with a prompt that said find your location as I was out of town). I quickly realized my mistake and canceled the order. I later saw I was charged the full amount of the meal as this was their cancelation fee. They said the order had already been started, however I called the restaurant directly and they told me they hadn't started the order, so they lied too along with stealing my money. I won't be using them again.
