“description of item totally confusing / incorrect your description: (Packs: 5 Tests (1 Pack)) looked like 5 packs each pack being a pack of 5 tests. should have said 1 pack of 5 tests for £23.94. that is what I got.....”

“I purchased 6 tests and used one. When I tried to upload this to the NHS website, I was told it was invalid for this purpose. I telephoned and spoke to Matthew who promised to refund what I had paid. I have no idea whether this has happened”

“This order took WEEKS to ship, it was placed on December 8 and received on January 27. Customer service was less than useless, some days not responding at all and then not responding with anything that improved the situation. Despite telling you that only FedEx or DHL had reliable service into BVI you pushed me to use DPD - who took ages to get the package here (when it eventually did ship over a month late) and then falsely claimed that it had been delivered when it had not. This was a real mess and leaves me in a position where I feel it is very unlikely I would use your company again unless I had the luxury of not needing the product for a few months. I feel that you did not even have the stock when you took the original order and that much of this was deliberate delay tactics to keep the order alive until your stock came in. That is deceptive at the very least. The alternative is that you really are so incompetent that you can't actually tell what is the status of a customers order for weeks at a time. I'm not sure which is worse - the incompetence or the dishonesty.”

“I would have given this five stars as I had superb customer service when my order was delayed. I was given two complimentary flat packs. Then my order arrived. The tubs in my original order arrived filthy and open meaning the contents had dried out somewhat. Just think about the times we are living in where hygiene is more imperative than ever. What really upset me was that upon writing (a very polite email) informing the company of the state of my order, I have been totally ignored. I followed up with an email saying that I was disappointed not to have heard back. I have now sourced a new supplier and would not use UK Wholesales again.”

“I ordered bed runners but I received cushion pillows which I did not need. Tried to call, send email all in vein. Spoke to one of the customer services by the name Seigo who was unhelpful. Never even bothered to listen to what I was telling him/her. I left my contact details no one bothered to call me. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this people. Try AMAZON”

“i thought i had purchased a box of 7 lateral flow tests as i payed approx £10. but eventually i received a box with just 1 test kit The price of approx £10 including delivery for just 1 test kit is scandalous ! So I will not be ordering from UK Wholes anymore.”

“I have to put one star as the order 6656 (TC762380682GB) ordered on 10th December has not arrived. I've telephoned you twice about this and you have promised to look into it. Royal Mail emailed (for the 4 or 5th time) saying it would arrive this morning. It hasn't. I would give you stars for politeness on the phone, but have paid for those order over a week ago, and I'm very unhappy with this.”

“£10.19 for 1 test and because of my lack of knowledge and I suppose very slightly panicked I went ahead and ordered . I then find out from a friend that actually I can get them online for free and there's 7 kits in a box !. Don't mention that on chat do you ? too busy conning people aren't you !!!!”

“I Brought 10 lateral flow test as it mentions on your website for travel as well. But when I call to ask where should I need to send my test as I am going to use it as day 2, I was told that it for uk travel only but not abroad. Its misguiding people as it should mention uk travel only so that we don't waste our money in buying it. Unprofessional”

“tests didnt work on the government site, we all know the tests dont test for any illness as covid is a scam to gain control of the weak minded, yeah we all know no virus has ever been proven to cause disease. regardless, couldnt upload the fake result anyway as they dont have an id number must just be for shots and giggs”

“Very expensive masks thought was buying pack of fifty mask. I did call and check if this was correct and advised there was 50 turns out only 10 in each pack. They did refund the postage charge when I asked again on receipt of goods”

Dear Peter I hope you are well. I have tried to call you & left a voicemail, we haven't received any emails from you regarding your order. I have just checked our tracking logs & can see a 1KG parcel was sent to you which would indicate a 1000 ml product being sent. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us if you could send me an image of what you received then we can query this with the warehouse to ensure it's resolved.
