Faulty and wrong specification goods were delivered after waiting 8 weeks for the items. At the time of order the lead time was said to be 2-4 weeks. Emails and phone calls not answered on receipt of the goods and finding them to be defective/wrong items. A single email reply to an email from me didn't even make sense or answer the query I was asking. They will not ring you even when you specifically ask for a phone call rather than an email reply. I presume they are hiding behind emails rather than having the courage to speak in person to customers. Do not take the risk of ordering from this company. Their prices are enticing but you just cannot risk it.

I got my items as ordered, but the customer experience is awful. I ordered on a Monday, a week later I started trying to chase up as I had heard nothing since ordering, I spent an hour and a half on the phone one day with no answer (I have a screen grab of the phone call to prove this). Some emails go unanswered for nearly a week, all of them take several days. I eventually got through on the phone one day to find they were waiting on stock, even though there was no indication of this when ordering or afterwards, a simple indication of this after ordering would have saved a lot of hassle. A few days before dispatch I asked to cancel the tap, on the phone I was told they could not do this, even though they had the order on screen, I had to email, I pointed out that emails I had sent hadn't been replied to in nearly a week and my order is due for dispatch in a few days, and sure enough, my email was not responded to until after dispatch and the tap was still sent. I have put my feedback to them in an email, which has been totally ignored, not a even a simple acknowledgement of the issues I faced. Maybe this will get some attention? The tap is now due for collection at least. They were the best price overall for my order, but I certainly wont use again. EDIT: So, since all of this, my cashback through TopCashBack has been declined, and they have removed themselves from the site, so you can't even challenge it either, nice move to entice sales, then get out of paying them? Oh, and there was never any replies to my complaints, via email or followed up here.

Ordered not received within promised timescale, after waiting almost 1h on costumer line was told that they run of off stock and would have to wait another 5 weeks! Nobody bother to call us about delay etc. To get money back we have to send an written letter/email. Very poor service! Not recommended! Would not buy from them against

Ordered. Most items out of stock. Re-ordered. Items missing. Show bundle awful quality. Asked if they could collect when delivery rest of order. One owrd answer. No. That after spenind many 000's on 2 bathrooms, Will be going elsewhere for nest. Oh, and can't get through on phone.

Appalling service which chimes with the other reviews on here. We ordered a bath from them, it arrived damaged, they are refusing to replace it. How exhausting to be them and deal with so many customer complaints. They offer such poor returns and customer service. I agree it verges on criminal. Avoid this company.

Beware! This company cleverly hide their returns policy in their T&C's, rather than making it obvious on their webpage. If I had to return a tap I perhaps would not have minded picking up the cost and popping to the post office, however I would still feel that it was poor service. In my case I had to return a bath. This took a lot of research and cost on my part. Please be careful if ordering from them. There are better companies out there.

I ordered over £1400 of goods which have yet to arrive. They were scheduled to come on Friday and didn’t arrive due to an issue with the delivery lorry . I had calls and an email saying my order would be delivered on Monday .I took a day off work to receive this . Nothing arrived . It still hasn’t customer services staff are pleasant enough and have chased up allegedly but I haven’t been updated , last I heard the depot was being searched and I would be updated , I wasn’t ! I have workmen on site and no vanity unit , basin or shower to fit! Maybe they will arrive tomorrow ? I’m not holding my breath

Absolutely shocking - disastrous customer service. We ordered loos for 3 bathrooms, all of which said delivery within 2-3 weeks.... 11 weeks later, nearly 3 MONTHS we have still not received anything. I have had to chase repeatedly, no one at the company takes ownership, no one kept me updated, no one gave accurate delivery details... I am still waiting for a cistern handle and people don’t even reply to emails. Oh, and if you try to contact them on the phone be prepared to wait for ~20 minutes each time you have to chase them... which will be a lot.

Verging on criminal! Yes they like to take the orders but is there a problem with the delivery or faulty product? They will just totally blank you in the hope you might go away! I definitely would not recommend this company! On the contrary: Avoid them by any means!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Ordered two products online. Advised one of them wasn’t available within the time I needed it, so asked cancel the entire order (as their delivery charge for orders under £500 is astronomical). This all happened within 24 hours and obviously no product was delivered to me at all. Sent 5 emails and also completed their website form advising of my wish to cancel and requesting a full refund - they haven’t even acknowledged any of my requests. I’ve also called them twice - hanging on for a very long time - but their phones just ring endlessly then cut you off. I have had to involve my bank now to recover the monies. Seriously, find another firm to buy your products from and do not use these people.

Utterly disappointed with customer aftercare. I ordered taps just as the UK went into lockdown so couldn’t get a plumber until after this was over. The taps weren’t even out of the box for this time. Unfortunately the taps were not the right size so I wanted to exchange them, I was finally told as it was outside the returns period they wouldn’t accept this and I was stuck with them even though they hadn't been even opened and I wanted an exchange. Customer services take ages to get back to you and when they do they are very unfriendly. Working flat out during the Covid crisis in the NHS I wasn’t able to do anything with the taps myself and plumbers wouldn’t come out, still no understanding from these guys, flabbergasted at the lack of ‘customer support‘. Don’t get anything from them, they won’t accept returns!!!!

Absolutely awful company! I have an Ideal Standard pan and purchased a Roper Rhodes seat from their website as it states it would fit most D shaped pans (like ours) and the hinges/dimensions matched our pan size. I purchased it for £51.54. Here is the wording from the advert (in case they suddenly change it after this post) "The Roper Rhodes Define Soft Close Toilet Seat comes in a high quality white and chrome finish. It will fit most toilets and is suitable for D shaped pans" The item arrived and one of the fixtures went in no problem securing to the pan. The other one had a problem continually popping out from the pan every time the seat was lowered. It was not holding in place and we had a professional plumber attempt to fix it in place for a long time. The conclusion was that there is a fault with the seat fixture. Clearly it would stay in place if this one works as the other side was fixed in tightly. I sent photos of the problem to uk bathrooms and they arranged for collection and agreed to refund me. However, they refunded me only £44.59. I queried where the balance was and they said this was for the postage they were not refunding me for Their stance was that they have refunded the seat as "goodwill" and the reason they are not refunding the postage is because the seat is for Roper Rhodes pans only. They never stated they were going to withhold any of my money as part of the collection and refund process which is very wrong and very bad business and awful customer services I have sent them screenshots of their advert which clearly state the seat will fit most D shaped pans and there is nothing that states it is for a Roper Rhodes pan only like they were now stating in their emails. Again the wording is "The Roper Rhodes Define Soft Close Toilet Seat comes in a high quality white and chrome finish. It will fit most toilets and is suitable for D shaped pans" I have pointed out that this is mis-selling if they sell an item as "will fit most pans" and when it doesn't work they state it is only for Roper Rhodes so they are not refunding all my money as it is my mistake. I have found their customer service shockingly stubborn. Even when the evidence of mis-selling is in black and white. They still maintain it is my fault for not having a Roper Rhodes pan so they are keeping my money. I find it absolutely petty that they will keep the postage money and lose a customer over it. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had from any company who make the rules as they go along. All I can say is avoid them

Dreadful company. Not to be trusted. They sent me the wrong size bath and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Very pleasant staff when you make an order but dreadful when there is a problem. The order was in writing so no excuse to sent the wrong one. They refuse to come and collect the wrong bath and deliver what I ordered. Very bad indeed.Be aware.
