“Lizzy was very helpful, she helped answer questions I had about my order and made sure I received it on time. Although I was unsure about plagiarism she guaranteed the order would be 100% free of plagiarism. She helped get in touch with the writer and helped me add another page to the order. Overall I had a great experience with her.”

They are professional, kind and caring and they deserve to be recognized! I continue to return to Ultius because of the high level of service provided to me and I feel you have a great asset in these Client Success Specialists. All of the writers assigned to my requests have done an excellent job and I don't always provide a lot of guidance. They figure it out for me and I appreciate their flexibility. I do want to recognize one particular writer who I feel went above and beyond. Cherry 36667 wrote a business plan for me and I know it was time consuming and probably required a lot more investigation than the typical paper. Thank you Cherry for the quality work!”
