“I have not received the magazine yet”

Hi, Hope you are ok and I am so sorry to hear this. This was sent on the 16th of December via international airmail. For deliveries to Israel please allow a maximum of 60 days for delivery and especially over Christmas, considering that the post over December can be slightly busier. The magazine will likely arrive sooner than this maximum time scale but we appreciate you waiting this estimated time. Thanks so much and let me know if you need anything else. Kind Regards, Ellie😊

Hi, This first double issue was sent on 22.12.2021 and I am so sorry it did not arrive with you. I have extended the sub by one issue to compensate and emailed you to check through the address details, to get to the bottom of the non-delivery, Hope this is ok and apologies for any inconvenience caused. “I can’t really comment on the magazine as it is a gift for my son but I know he enjoys it very much. I have been renewing subscription for him for a few years now. The renewal system is very good and the call centre staff are very helpful.”
