“Very disappointed with this service. I purchased four editions of That's Life magaizine for a friend. They only recieved one of them. Be careful about ordering from them as this service appears massively unreliable.”

“I currently have an active subscription, which I will continue to renew with Unique Magazines.
It's been a bit of a bumpy start due to my own bank card issues! In which I was unaware my subscription had not renwed. Again that is not Unique Magazines fault just be clear! Unfortunately I had not received any notification from them to highlight there had been a problem. Anyway once I had noticed my subscription hadn't renewed I got in touch by email with their customer service person/team...... and they were absolutely fantastic! They responded quickly and couldn't of been more helpful and polite if they tried! Even trying to see if they could find me any of my missed issues! It was such a breath of fresh air to receive such kind and helpful customer service! Thank you!”

“I bought a 3-month subscription (3 issues). I paid nearly 30 GBP for the 3 issues but I was still charged 2.70 GBP (the price of a single issue) when the first issue arrived. I don't know if I will be charged for the next 2 issues as I'm still waiting for them.”

We dispatch all TV magazines from our warehouse every Tuesday using First Class post, to help ensure they arrive before the weekend when the programme listings begin.
