I'm very satisfied with the service. I receive notifications of shipping and subscriptions renewals. Also of other magazines I may be interested in purchasing. All in all, a good professional service

They accepted payment for a magazine. When I queried why it had not arrived after 6 weeks they said it was no longer published by them. I'm waiting for a refund. Disgraceful!!

I am so sorry that this was missed! I understand your frustration with this one. It just seems to be an awkward crossover between when you placed the order and when the magazine ceased publication. I have been in contact with you regarding this and already refunded the amount back to your account today. To add, We are not publishers. We are stockists of the magazine and have no control over anything to do with the magazine being published. This decision is therefore publishers and they pass on the information to us regarding this, So we can ensure to compensate for our subscribers. Previously they arrived every Tuesday' now they come on a Friday,which is OK but I am wondering why,if they are still printed the same day

This is a publication from Europe and although they are printed the same day, The often can be delayed coming into us for different reasons. It's a hard publication to guarantee a certain day for delivery due to where it's coming from and the different factors that can result in different times it is delivered to our warehouse. We always send magazines the same day they come into us. Hope this makes sense and apologies for any inconvenience. Thanks, Ellie😊

Delivery of the TAB magazine to our home in France has become very unreliable - particularly since BREXIT. Often it doesn’t arrive until several days after the competition deadlines. It used to arrive every Wednesday without fail two weeks prior to the deadlines, but not snymore unfortunately

Hi Eileen we have been in contract quite a bit regarding this. We post the magazines from our end using priority air mail which is the fastest available service we can use via the Royal Mail. We personally have had the privilege of being able to send them earlier than stores get them to encourage an early delivery for our amazing customers! Unfortunately, when it leaves us we cannot guarantee the 3-7 working days delivery time although this is the expectations we have. Like any other magazine being sent to Europe this way, We have to ask customers to allow a maximum of 15 days. I understand this is a weekly, Time sensitive magazine so it is important for it too arrive on time. Please understand this is something we do have little control over and we always recommend contacting your local office for updates. Please do contact me if you need any further assistance and I will be happy to assist. We can also pause or cancel the order at any time you wish. Apologies for any inconvenience. Many Thanks, Ellie
