“I love the idea of this however the post is so hit and miss invariably I receive mine on the Saturday when it should come on the Tuesday not really much point to be honest as several days have gone by the TV magazine.”

We dispatch all of our TV magazines every Tuesday, as soon as the new issue goes on sale. They are sent First Class each week to help ensure they arrive before the weekend, in time for Saturday’s TV listings.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when delivery timings vary, especially with a time-sensitive title. While delays can occasionally occur once the magazine is in the postal system, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if this continues and we’ll be happy to look into it further for you.

“Magazine is great but as it is a weekly the delivery is a bit haphazard. we nkow that it is sent out on a Tuesday but it can arrive after the programme list starts.”

“I love the puzzles, which keep my aging brain active BUT I deplore the fact that £2 is added to the sale price of the magazine (59% extra). Can't believe that it is a just a delivery charge.

Regarding the pricing, as an independent retailer we don’t set the magazine’s cover price, but we do have additional costs involved in supplying single copies by post. The price you see includes not only the magazine itself, but also the cost of secure packaging, postage, and the labour involved in processing and dispatching orders from our warehouse.
We completely understand that if a copy is available locally, purchasing in-store may sometimes be more economical. However, many of our customers choose to order from us for convenience or availability, particularly when titles are difficult to find.
