“Wrong TV magazine sent today”

Hi, I am so sorry too hear this! I have tried calling to resolve this issue and been able to extend the sub by one issue to compensate for the wrong TV Magazine being sent. I am so sorry for this packing error and hope your happy with the resolution! I also apologise for the delay in response to this review as my colleague who usually picks these up has left recently.
