“I ordered TV choice to be delivered every week to my mother who is in a nursing home. This only came once on time. It was then not delivered the second or third week so I therefore cancelled the subscription.”

Please be assured that we dispatch TV magazines every Tuesday via Royal Mail First Class. Unfortunately, any delivery delays are beyond our control once the item leaves our warehouse, but we completely appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you.
