“This is a very easy way for me to buy magazines by subscription however I am always concerned that my subscription will be renewed without my approval. I love to try various magazines, for inspiration, interest etc. To have them delivered to the door is a great service. But I have found it difficult for me to keep an eye on the end of the subscription. Yes, I know I am responsible for what I order etc, but would love good communicaiton between subscriptions and myself. But I love the choice of magazines there are.”

Once this subscription finishes, we will not take any further payments without your approval, and no further magazines will be sent unless you choose to continue. You can rest assured we won’t send anything you don’t want or require.
We’ll also make sure communication is clear around the end of your subscription, so you always feel in control.

“I signed up and paid for a magazine that i have now discovered ceased producing hard copy last March 2025. I find it unacceptable that you took my money, held it for some time and then advised that they may have ceased production. This is not acceptable.”

“There was some delay in presenting the bill for the magazines, due, I think, to a certain lack of communication between departments. And there was no need for two parcels, as it doubled the cost of the postage. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and efficient.”

“I ordered a magazine from this website and it was dispatched on July 25th. The magazines I ordered from other UK websites AFTER this magazine already arrived and this one hasn’t. And the worst part is, when I emailed costumer service , they told me I had to wait until August 29th before they even consider refunding me!! Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this website again and now I will have to wait until the end of the month to ask for a refund.”

As your delivery address is in Saudi Arabia, your order falls under our Rest of World delivery terms, which advise that although most parcels typically arrive within 7–10 days, international orders can take up to 30 working days due to customs and overseas transit times.
Because your magazine was dispatched on 25th July, we’re unable to class it as missing until 30 working days have passed, which is why our customer service team advised we could look into a refund or replacement from 29th August. This policy is in place to allow time for international deliveries to clear customs and reach you, and is clearly stated in our delivery information to ensure transparency for all customers ordering worldwide.
We completely understand the frustration with delays and really appreciate your patience. Hopefully your magazine will arrive very soon, but if not, please be assured that from 29th August we’ll be happy to help with either a refund in line with our delivery promise.
