“Received initial magazine with the order, but over 6 weeks later I have not received next instalment. Tried to contact them by phone in October 25 and their telephone was answered by a recording message saying that the phone lines were closed until 18th September.”

Unfortunately, as we’re not the publisher of this title, the release schedule is outside of our control. However, according to the information we’ve received from the publisher of Art, Draw and Create magazine, the next issue is due to go on sale on 29th October.
If you’d prefer not to wait until then, we’d be happy to swap one issue of your subscription for a different title, so you can enjoy another magazine in the meantime.
Please let us know if you’d like to go ahead with this, and we’ll arrange for the replacement magazine to be dispatched this week.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had mixed feelings about the service so far. I’ve checked your order and can see that when you placed it on 1st September, you selected to start with the next available issue, which went on sale from 6th October.
As Golf Digest is a bi-monthly publication, it appears this delay was simply due to timing - unfortunately, we didn’t have stock available at the point you placed your order.
Going forward, everything should now run smoothly. I can confirm that your next issue, the October issue, is due for delivery on 11th November.
