“Hi. The magazine is superb, but it is shipped with post, and from UK. This means I have to go to the post office each time the magazine arrives and pay 2 pounds of tarrif UK-EU. I don't know if this can be done better, but I thought you might want to know that the final experience is so so. Post Offices in Poland are medieval government offices :)”

“This is a very easy way for me to buy magazines by subscription however I am always concerned that my subscription will be renewed without my approval. I love to try various magazines, for inspiration, interest etc. To have them delivered to the door is a great service. But I have found it difficult for me to keep an eye on the end of the subscription. Yes, I know I am responsible for what I order etc, but would love good communicaiton between subscriptions and myself. But I love the choice of magazines there are.”

“I signed up and paid for a magazine that i have now discovered ceased producing hard copy last March 2025. I find it unacceptable that you took my money, held it for some time and then advised that they may have ceased production. This is not acceptable.”
