Good but didn't receive my magazine for the 21st October to the 27th October I'm a little disappointed I must admit, but overall you're very good 👍

I am so sorry to hear this but you did not get this issue as you did not place an order for it. You usually order single issues. The last one you ordered was No 40 which was sent the 6th of October when you placed the order and included listings from the 7th of October. Hope this makes sense. It does have some lovely articles on the local communities, but the number of adverts is VERY high. And for small businesses like ourselves to afford to advertise within them… almost impossible. It‘s very expensive. Good quality brochure, but again, overrun with adverts and a little low on content. I am unsure weather we will continue with subscription once this year has run out.

We get this from suppliers and provide it to customers on a single issue or subscription basis. Please be assured this review service is simply for feedback on our service as a company. Customer service on the phone is always polite, cheerful and professional. Magazines arrive promptly, well-packaged and protected from wet weather. A reliable brand and will use consistently in the future. Well done✅👏

This is such a great review and truly made our day! I am glad we were able to create a good level of service for our customers especially though our telephone interactions! Unique magazine came to the rescue, when supplies of my tv magazine weren't getting through to this part of Devon. Will definitely recommend them.

I am so sorry to hear this and as long as you let us know, We will always compensate accordingly by extending the sub! We always send the magazine 1st class on a Tuesday so it should arrive by the Saturday for the listings to begin. I have extended the sub by an issue to compensate and I hope this helps. I am sorry that the delivery time is delayed for you. As always we are sending these 2nd class from our end, With Royal Mail as always. Any delays, Are within the postal service not from our end. If your referring to the change in frequency from it being a monthly mag to a Bi-monthly, This is not our decisions but a publisher decision. I am sorry but this was for the best interest of the publication going forward. If you need anything else please feel free to contact us accordingly. This includes if any issues are delayed in the postal services, Longer than a week getting to you! Hope this helps and apologies for any inconvenience. whats on TV mag is available on a tuesday. mine was delivered at 12.30pm on saturday, not good service.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear this! We send TV mags every Tuesday using 1st class postage and the latest we expect them to arrive by is the Saturday morning. Unfortunately, When it is in the postal services hands it is hard for us to determine an exact time for the delivery however, We will always compensate if the magazine does not arrive on the Sat in time for the listings to begin. I have searched our system using your name, Order number and email and cannot find anything on our system. If you wish for compensation on the order please do call us between 10am-3pm Mon- Fri. Unique Magazine is my "go to" to have our UK magazines delivered to our door all the way to Indonesia, Bali. We receive our copy around 30 days after the magazine was sent. We had to pay taxes but less than 1 pound. I will definitely continue ordering with them

I am sorry about the taxes as, We do add information on the label to avoid this happening! It is something which is being looked into further but I am glad it is not too much for you.
