“I received my tv choice a week after I ordered it but I made a mistake on ordering as I've click 2 so now I received 2 of the same. Plus I'm paying way too much for magazine as in shop it's 65p for each magazine and I've paid over 17 pound I'm not happy I won't be renewing my subscription.”

“Useless. Ordered this as a gift for my 85 year old mother during covid 19. Didn't receive anything for ages. Then realised the first issue could take 6 weeks to be delivered so cancelled the order by email and DM on Twitter as couldn't get through on phones. Then, I got the Easter issue of the magazine and my mum got the welcome letter, so they mixed us around. Also, in the correspondence, they have me as Mrs and my mum as Mr. How many more mistakes can they make?”

“I live on a small Island and this magazine was not coming in due to virus. I am in complete isolation due to our Government rules. Yes I have paid over the odds for it but so very glad to have some puzzles to do and something to read. I have done it for one month initially but might have to extend. First issue came quickly and hopefully last weeks Issue will come this week. I would have done others but on a small pension. Good as a back up.”
