“Placed an order for 4 issues of What's On TV quite close to the next issue date and the first and subsequent deliveries have been really prompt.
Since then, have renewed for a longer period and the website for the renewal process doesn't work very well - e.g you have really careful if you want the billing address and delivery address to be different
(e.g the renewal webpage at first wrongly showed the billing address to be the same as the delivery address. Then if you change the billing postcode & allow it to autofill it seems to automatically change the whole delivery address to the billing address - very annoying).
Apart from that all seems fine.”

“As I have yet to receive the first copy of the magazine I have ordered or indeed any communication from Unique Magazines as to the dates when I can expect to receive copies I cannot rate this company or give a review of the service they offer. So far I am not impressed. They are obviously happy to take my money but not to provide any follow up customer service.”

There should be a way you can ask when the subscription is to start from.”
