“Frozen ordered for 12 months 15/11/19 - last issue arrived in July! It was supposed to be a monthly present for my granddaughter.
Cubic ordered for 6 months on 28/7/20 - nothing has arrived despite an email on 29/7/20 saying it had been dispatched and when I phoned a couple of weeks later when it hadn't arrived being told it would arrive that week. It didn't and hasn't! What is the point of sending emails if you don't action?

“I ordered Country Living Modern Rustic and received instead, Country Living Vintage Home. The explanation was confusing - your representative repeated that she had confirmed that I received what the publisher released which doesn’t really address the problem. After two email exchanges, I gave up on getting what I ordered and cancelled my subscription. I will say that the cancellation and refund were handled in a timely manner.”
