I am so happy it arrived just in time for the festive period! This is a great bit of feedback and it is something we have tried previously. Due to the volume of orders, it would be hard for our small distribution team to manage and ensure each magazine gets there gift card attached. Hi Eileen. We already get these magazines a day earlier than stores get them, with the hopes they always arrive with customers in time for the listings beginning on the Saturday. During the christmas period, where strikes were ongoing, we sent multiple issues earlier than planned and this helped them arrive. Thanks for your feedback but this is something we did already action and were hoping with no further strikes scheduled as of yet, we can send in the usual way and customers will get them as regularly as they used too before the strike period. Hi, Sorry about this. Although this magazine is weekly and we send them as soon as they come in, via priority air mail to China for you, we cannot guarantee delivery within 7 working days unfortunately. The maximum these issues can take to arrive is always 30 days and I am sorry about this. We work hard to get magazines out and send them the quickest possible service, but it is hard for us to monitor and ensure this gets to you in time for the competition entries. I am sorry but we have sent 7 issues from our end so far. There are postal strikes from our end causing delays in some case but I believe the delays are solely down to the delivery address distance. Usually, issues to arrive in less than 30 days but we must ask this maximum to be allowed and thanks for your patience. Kind Regards, Ellie :)

Hi sorry to hear this. This was placed by you online and set to begin with the Autumn issue. When you ordered, the Autumn issue was in stock so your sub began the same day. We actually have a drop down option added on our site, just before christmas, clearly stating 'Start after christmas' for gift orders. If this was not selected, we would naturally begin your subscription as soon as possible unless stated otherwise. Sorry but hope this clears things up! Thanks- Ellie :)
Hi, Sorry to hear this. We sent your single issue of The Week magazine on the 18th of November 2022 with 1st class postage. We have sent it from our warehouse so it seems the none delivery is down to the postal services, as we have had nothing returned to us here. Since this weekly issue you ordered is backdated, We do not have stock to resend it. I have therefore cancelled your order and refunded the amount back into your account. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show.

Hi Sorry to hear this! We sent your latest issue on the 12th of December 2022. We usually only ask customers to allow 8 working days at most for 2nd class post but due to current strikes, longer wait times are advised unfortunately.
Since you made your renewal in November, We could only send the latest issue in stock which was December.
I have emailed you too see if you'd prefer a resend or an extension of this missing issue.
Please do understand the strikes are out of our control at this time and we are doing everything to ensure customers get the service they wish for.
