“I bought an iphone 7 in excellent condition. I was out of town when it arrived so it sat for 3 weeks before I opened it. The packaging was legit, it looked sterilized. But when I opened it there were crumbs all over it which i thought was weird and it had a few more scratches then were listed and expected from an excellent condition rated phone. The phone itself functions properly so no complaints there except after using it for only a couple weeks, the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore. And of course letting it sit for 3 weeks and using for 2 put me past the 30 day return policy so I didn't even try to return. I've never used uptrade before so I don't know if it's them or if this is just what happens when buying used even when spending a little extra to get a phone in better condition.

After writing my review above ^, I received an email from Uptrade informing me that a supervisor would be contacting me shortly to try and remedy my experience. It has been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for that supervisor to contact me. What a joke.”

“I’m an extremely paranoid person and was very skeptical of Uptrade at first especially because of some low reviews months ago but they sent a video of my phone being packaged and I received it in a week. Even when I sent an email concerned they responded within a day. Great website if you’re looking for a refurbished phone one I bought said it had 100% battery capacity and no lie. Basically got a new iPhone 7 with the cosmetic mentions being nearly invisible. Highly recommend this website above all others if you find a good deal.”

“Price was decent and delivery was super quick (ordered Monday, came Friday). I purchased an iPhone XR/Black/Excellent/T-Mobile and it came exactly as described. No glitches, no scratches, battery health excellent. Phone was not blacklisted and was paid off.
Overall, I'd highly recommend UpTrade if you're looking for a used phone from a reliable source.
Side notes: I actually have MetroPCS as my carrier, but TMobile phones still work with T-Mobile (but not vice versa). All you need to do when you call to switch your phone is say it is unlocked, and you'll be able to switch as you would with any MetroPCS/unlocked phone. Also iPhone XR's SIM placement is tricky, chip side should face up.”
