It took me over two months to get in contact with somebody. Because they don’t have a call-center email only. So I send my phone back I get a replacement phone I am not even a month later that phone stops working as well with no damage done to it. So I contact them again I send the phone back and this time. They still have my phone it’s been over a month since I heard from anybody and I email them every other day. I am still currently waiting to hear from somebody or to get a refund.”
