“I have not received my product as yet. Tracking stated delivery date as 3 December but apparently it is still in transit.”

Hi Tania, Thanks for reaching out. I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your order, unfortunately, all couriers are currently experiencing lengthy delays and some deliveries are taking a lot longer than we would usually expect, especially traveling to WA or rural areas. Courier services are estimating up to 10-14 days onto the ETA for metro deliveries alone, unfortunately, the delays are out of our hands, we are right in the middle of peak season. Upon checking your tracking it was accepted into the depot on 3/12, so it is definitely on it's way to you! Please note that the delivery date visible on the tracking link is purely an estimate going off the average delivery time, and cannot foresee delays. If you need anything in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get in touch. -Joanne, UR Team.

“I have still not received my picture and i purchased it weeks ago. I have not no comms on where it is and i cannot track it”

“I love your products but I wish I could go direct to urban road as a retailer. This agency model is an absolute pain in the bum. I would much prefer to be able to order online directly through urban road.”
