Bought a part that was supposed to fit and didn’t. They worked with me to get me another, but it had the same flaw and still didn’t fit.

I love uro tuning - I just wish they’d made it more clear that their nearly 150 dollar shift knob didn’t come with the adapter to actually put it in my mk5 Gti.

The kit is awesome alternative to full expensive replacement. But the shipping was way to much. 100$ product, some seals in a zip lock shouldn't in any case cost just as much to ship.

I bought an Oil Cooler 10-Row Universal Fitment by Mishimoto. It wasn't universal and did not fit my car. Why is it not five stars? Lost two stars because of the hassle and the wrong description. Got three stars for handling the return without issue.

Unresponsive waited almost a month I emailed them asking for a week till I called the phone support then the package was finally routed to ship I spoke with two phone support reps. both were super friendly and very helpful I can't remember the first one's name but I do remember one of them was named Josh thank you guys for helping getting it sorted! Email support never emailed me back

The product took longer than expected to arrive, but it did arrive undamaged. The quality of the product was 3/5 because, after only 1 year of use, the mounting bracket on the pipe broke and left a 1"x2" hole in the intake between the engine and the mass air flow sensor, which caused the check engine light to activate and a loss of power. I had to use the stock pipe after that with the upgraded filter.

So living in california means that being a car guy here sucks, so I ordered the aFe cold air intake kit cause they are carb approved. Got the intake quick, but due to me being busy with work and the kids, I didn't open the box immediately and waited for my day-off to install it. I've opened the box and immediately saw that the filter that was included with the kit was too big and don't have the hole for the SAI tube. Texted and emailed urotuning for help. Got a response several days later and got told that they will get in touch with aFe and let me know what happens next. As of this moment, I still haven't installed the intake that I've purchased. Lol. Not urotunings fault, but still bummed out that I have a $500 part that I could've use for something else.

I ordered the Forge Turbo Outlet Hose for my Audi 03 8N TT 225 BEA/BAM. Order processing was fast, however, I received a Forge Coolant Hose Kit for a 1.8T. Item #'s are similar, and BOTH #'s were affixed to the bag for the coolant hose kit. The kit itself was black silicone with clamps and contained approx 20 pieces, all shiny new in condition. The Forge Turbo Outlet Hose is only available in *red, and is a single, short, wide hose with two clamps. Neel in Customer Service was quick to respond with an RMA, and I exchanged and received my correct order within 7 days. Great customer service, and reasonable pricing for my order. Inventory control and order validation need improvement.

This is the wrong alternator. It even said “this part fits your vehicle” it’s screwing me over big time cause I had to wait to have someone install

Fit just fine and does what it's supposed to. The clamp feels cheap and thin compared to the OEM clamp, however. I don't think I will get this again.

Could use bracket to make pipe more solid ,and the air box should fitted to going around pipe/filter , the tiny nuts and bolts to put air box together ? . Air box not sealed from sucking hot engine air

The product works great as I suspected it would be. One of the front struts had weld defect from the factory and you turned the replacememt around in a day. This part of customer service was fabulous. I have an issue with another portion of customer service that is not sales. I have submitted my vehicle to be posted in your gallery 2 or three times with no success. I have followed up with both emails and phone calls, with no follow up as promised on your end ?
