“Waited on parts for 3 weeks just to receive wrong connection”

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you're noticing strong acceleration. It's possible that the vehicle may not have been running at its best previously, and with the new parts, you're now experiencing the performance it's capable of. If the vehicle is tuned, in terms of fuel consumption, a clean and efficient burn should be expected with these upgrades under regular operation/driving conditions. To optimize performance, we recommend replacing the spark plugs as well, as they work hand-in-hand with the system to provide the best efficiency. “Urotuning is good, they just need to fine sort their interchange section. Take it with a grain of salt because the part I bought from them doesn’t even fit!”

Hello Eric, Thank you for the feedback regarding your order. Your order was placed Friday night (the 20th) after the close of business and was shipped the following business day Monday the 23rd, from Neuspeed. With the selected standard free shipping, 5-6 business days of shipping time to cross the country is very typical. It was delivered on the 30th, which is 6 business days after the order was placed. It, unfortunately, did cross 2 weekends, which greatly impacted your order's delivery time.

“Description said it’ll fit a mk4 jetta 1.8t. Not in my case I have a 2004 Jetta GLS 5 speed with the O2J & 1.8t AWP. Had to go to the GNK website and find the correct part for my car.”

“Experience purchase was very good. I understand that Urotuning had send out the product fairly quick however the shipping courier is extreme slow. Place the order since August 6, this review is on August 26 and have not receive the item.”

Hello Pisit! Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. Your package has shipped with USPS First Class International, which does not offer a time guarantee to Thailand. That service can take between 4-6 weeks to some international countries. We would highly recommend bumping up to at least Priority Mail International on future orders, as they typically deliver in 6-10 business days, for a relatively small price increase overall.

Hello Justin, Thank you for your feedback on this order. The intercooler purchased was shipped directly from a supplier, and it was new when it was shipped. It arrived with shipping damage, which UPS agreed was shipping damage, during their claim evaluation. We have processed a refund in full for this order.

“The quality of this kit is top notch and UroTuning customer service is the best by far; HOWEVER, one thing to note is this kit is really for a MKV R32, not a MK4. Everything is the same with two exceptions: 1) the oil cooler gaskets are different between MK4 and MKV 2) The exhaust manifold to downpipe gaskets are different between MK4 and MKV Beware of those 2 things”

“This part required modification to install on my 2024 MK8 GOLF R Per the discription it says no modification required for MK8 GOLF R. "The Billet Gear Shift Knob fits the following cars with no modifications: > VW Golf 8 2020+ > VW Golf 7 & 7.5 2013-2020 > VW Passat B8 2015+ > VW Arteon 2017+ " The Gear Shift Knob required me to cut 2 inches off the vehicle's gearlever shaft, which was a pain and cost more labor to do. Please update this on your website otherwise other people would run into this hindrance. After lots of time spent on modifing to fit, the knob looks and feels great.”

“The shipping was really slow even though I paid for expedited. The parts are what you expect but the kit does not include the front/cable bushing which is the most important one, so Inhad to order that separately from elsewhere. Overall the parts are good but I would expect faster ship times and all parts needed to be in the kit.”

“Ordered a Air filter. They sent me a shipping confirmation with no tracking so I waited 10 business days during holidays 5 To make sure it didn't show up. Just to find out that it as "delivered" weeks ago. However UPS never delivered the item. Video proof and all. I don't think I can recommend this place if they can't manage to add the right shipping details. Now I'm out money, filter, and time waiting. Contacting support is like pulling teeth no one answers the phone and no response back via email. *** edit to the above took almost a month but did receive a replacement product after it was all said and done.”
