“My experience was meh.”

“Ordered a Air filter. They sent me a shipping confirmation with no tracking so I waited 10 business days during holidays 5 To make sure it didn't show up. Just to find out that it as "delivered" weeks ago. However UPS never delivered the item. Video proof and all. I don't think I can recommend this place if they can't manage to add the right shipping details. Now I'm out money, filter, and time waiting. Contacting support is like pulling teeth no one answers the phone and no response back via email. *** edit to the above took almost a month but did receive a replacement product after it was all said and done.”

“They have all of the parts I need but takes an ungodly amount of time to come. Great if you didn’t start your project. Horrible if you are in the middle of it and need things. I have learned when I says 2-3 days to ship it means 5-6.”

“Pretty conflicted on what to rate you guys. The products are GREAT. Love my 0.05s. The shipping time is nice and smooth! HOWEVER, customer service is kind of bad. I ordered a pack of 4 center caps. Only received 1, then when I sent an email I was told it would be 1-3 business days for a response. Moving into week two without a response. Still haven’t received what I ordered”

“Pleased with the part itself it fixed my issue, but with that being true. I had to drive two hours to get the brass plug I was unaware that I’d need to be able to use the part. It was very inconvenient.”

“On March 4th, I decided to blow some bonus money and splurge on a TCR muffler for my GTI. When ordering, the website gave me the option to add a 55mm exhaust band clamp to the order. I did this specifically because I figured it would surely be the size that I would need to complete the install quickly and easily. I received the clamp right away, and stashed it away while I waited for the muffler to arrive, knowing it would likely take a fair bit of time as the item was to ship from Germany. But after a month, I noted that the muffler had not even shipped so I contacted customer service to see if I could just get some idea of when the muffler might at least ship. I was told that the item would likely not ship for another 2 to 3 months. See, the thing about impulse buys is that sellers need to get them into the hands of the customer quickly, so they don't have time to rethink their purchase. Waiting a month gave me plenty of time to think of all the other things I could be buying with $700+ instead of a muffler. So, I opted to cancel the order. At that time, I decided to just keep the 55mm clamp thinking that I'd likely order something else someday in the future. And I've continued shopping for exhausts, and while I haven't found anything, what I have learned is that the 55mm clamp that I ordered with the TCR muffler is actually too small for a 2018 VW GTI, so even if I DO order something else in the future, I'll also need to order the correct 65mm clamp. Based on this entire experience, I'd likely rate Urotuning lower than 3 stars excapt that, at the very least, customer service was very good. They responded to may emails quickly, and did not give me any trouble cancelling my order. Thank you for your help again, Kelsey! Eurotuning, go ahead and put that TCR muffler in the container coming from Germany and reach out to me. Maybe I'll make that purchase anway.”

We do our best to state this information on our site so our customers know before making the purchase. “Was dissatisfied with turbo blanket. Bottom piece with snaps not sewn right and I didn't install for fear of insides coming out. Service and delivery was great.”
