When finished, I. had an oily mess under the oil extractor. It came from filling it up too much. Is that a relief valve ? 3 inches from the top ???

We are sorry to hear that you had a mess when using this extractor. There is a relief valve if the system builds too much pressure. Just to confirm are all of the seals in good shape? Are you able to inspect them to ensure they are on correctly?

sent the wrong part but good customer service. took a bit to actually get the correct part in. luckily i wasn’t in a huge rush

Ryan, We deeply apologize for the delays in getting you tracking. Looking into this 034 sent us your tracking on 01/19/23 after you had received the item. Unfortunately, this was something that is out of our control as this part shipped from the manufacturer directly.

Upper tensioners fit perfectly and are the updated version. Too much too long for shipping. Order page showed 0-2 days to ship and I paid for the expedited shipping. Was not shipped for a week since I found out that they were not in stock and needed to be ordered by Urotuning from Audi.

Keith, We apologize for the delays with your order. The items ordered are genuine Audi parts and are subject to their inventory. Typically, these items are received at our location within 0-2 days. However, this is not always the case as some items take longer. I see that Audi did not inform us of any delays with your order and we shipped this out with the standard shipping paid for on your order. We are always more than happy to help if you need parts in a timely manner, you can reach out to our sales team as they can look into the items for you and let you know roughly when you will receive them.

Thank you for your reply. Are you able to reach out to us with the details of your vehicle? This adapter will go on the diverter valve. The location of the diverter valve should be on the turbo.

I was sent an incorrect size screw that mounts the water pump to the engine. It made me think I had stripped off the thread on the engine screw casing. I was very frustrated when I removed the water pump again and compared the screw with the other screws and it was significantly smaller! I had to reused one of the old screws.

Would have given more stars but I had to purchase another throw out bearing because the tabs were broken upon delivery, also my pressure plate had a 2 inch chip on the inner diameter.

Rear pads are awesome, paired with Zimmerman sport drilled rotors 10 out of 10. However the fronts when I ordered them they said they fit my 2010 e90 335i only to find out after they shipped that they didn't. Dylan with customer service has been great with trying to remedy the situation but now I'm still waiting for the correct front parts to be sent.

They sent the MK7.5 exhaust and not the MK7. The tailpipes are too wide and I can’t put the exhaust tips on. I emailed them multiple times in hopes to get it resolved. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The product is great but I was sent the wrong engine cover and have yet to hear a response back from UroTuning. Hopefully they see this and send me an email because it’s holding me up.
