“honestly i wouldnt know, it still says fedex doesnt even have the package yet after i think 5 weeks? not sure though.”

“The lugnuts I purchased were the correct fit. However, two of the lugnuts snapped and I had to drill the lugs and studs and replace the wheel bearing. I will tighten with a torque wrench in the future. Studs are solid and work great!!!”

“Very good customer service. due to a back order in the milltek it came in 4 weeks exactly like the website stated. Tips were scratched probably due to customs checking the package but they were able to get me 2 brand new tips and shipped in my hand within 3 days. Beyond happy with my experience with uro tuning and I’ll continue to use them”

“Well, I'm not terribly happy. 1. The cast aluminum cooling flange sent first was defective. It blew the hose off of it twice and cost me about 80 dollars in coolant and 300 in towing. 2. The sai resistor doesn't fit the sai plug. I don't know what car y'all used as the template, but it was not a b5 or Mk4. 3. There is no base line consistency in the product pictures you post. Somehow simply viewing photos managed to see me buying 2 of the same style of hose but from different brands. Very annoying to see what looks like what I need but it to be not that because of a poor picture angle. Overall if I come back, it'll be because you're the only place who offers whatever I'm in need of at that time. Otherwise, I'll be going to bfi or ECS.”

Regarding the cast aluminum cooling flange, we apologize that this part gave you trouble. Cast parts can have imperfections due to the manufacturing process of cast parts, and it’s generally recommended to inspect and clean up the mounting surfaces before installation, especially on parts that need to seal properly. In some cases, light filing or sanding may be necessary to ensure a proper fit, particularly if the mating surface is not completely square. That said, I understand how frustrating it is to deal with a failure like this, and we’d be happy to look into this further if you haven’t already reached out to our support team directly. As for the SAI/EVAP resistor, I understand the confusion. This part isn’t intended to plug directly into the SAI pump itself but rather into the vehicle’s harness as part of an SAI/EVAP system delete. It’s a common misunderstanding, and we do offer a full SAI delete kit that includes multiple resistor styles (square and oval), depending on what your specific engine code requires. If you were trying to replace a faulty resistor, we sell these individually for that purpose. Lastly, we appreciate your feedback regarding product images. You're right, consistency in product photos is important. While we do our best to provide accurate representations, we’re actively working on improving photo angles and brand labeling to minimize confusion when similar parts are listed across different manufacturers.
