“I ordered a pair of shock absorbers. The website said they were in stock apparently were at a supplier. When I contacted them they got right back to me, explained the situation, and kept me informed. All worked out.”

“Purchased BM3 tune for stage 2 on my f80 m3. There product is very misleading, if you are running after market intakes, their ots map is not compatible. Even when switched back to stock air boxes the same codes still occur. Customer service is horrendous. I strongly urge anyone considering bm3 for their car to search elsewhere. All their product does is cause you a check engine light and harsh idles. They will claim it’s your coil packs and spark plugs, but that’s not the issue, save your money. There is zero help other than spending an additional $800 on a custom map from one of their preferred tuners, after spending $900 on their product and “maps bundle” - what an absolute joke.”

“Buyer beware ! While the photo includes the oil, filter and gasket in the picture, the filter is NOT included and is an extra cost item. When I brought this to the company's attention, theyu just blew me off.”

The oil change kit you purchased offers the option to add an oil filter, but it is not automatically included in the base kit. When we reviewed your order, we saw that an oil filter was not selected and was not charged to you. Once you reached out, we were more than happy to help and offered to set up an order for the oil filter of your choice. We always aim to make things right for our customers and would still be happy to assist you if you’d like to move forward with getting the correct filter for your vehicle. We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your wheel purchase. After reviewing your order and communication history, we want to clarify a few things for transparency. You originally ordered a set of ESR wheels in 19x9.5 ET35, 5x112. When those were out of stock, we worked with you to find a comparable in-stock option, the Aodhan AH02, in the same specs. These wheels are listed as compatible with your Audi RS3 when using our vehicle selector, as they share the correct bolt pattern and general sizing. However, wheel fitment can be subjective and depends on factors like brake clearance, suspension setup, and personal preference regarding stance. We never confirmed guaranteed fitment, but we have offered to help by sourcing thin spacers if needed. We’re still happy to assist, but we’ll need a measurement to determine whether a 3mm or 5mm spacer would be appropriate. It’s also worth noting that once tires have been mounted, the wheels are no longer eligible for return to the manufacturer, as was the case here with Aodhan. We’re more than willing to continue supporting you through this. Please feel free to reach out when you’re ready with those clearance details.
