We’re sorry to hear about your experience, though we do want to provide some clarification. For your first order, the item was listed as shipping directly from the manufacturer. At the time, it was on backorder, which we communicated to you via email. You asked us to cancel the order, and we issued a full refund that same day. On your second order, the item was shipped out promptly, but unfortunately, it was lost in transit after being handed off to the shipping carrier. As soon as we were made aware, we offered either a replacement or a refund. Since you had already sold the vehicle, you requested a refund, which we processed right away. While we regret that things didn’t work out, in both situations we responded quickly and resolved the orders according to your requests. We always strive to provide transparent service, and we appreciate your feedback. If you ever decide to give us another try in the future, we’d be glad to help.
