“these we’re illegal in my state and I didn’t know that. I wish it had said it on the purchase page and not on the box of the product itself. Return process went somewhat smooth but they wanted a restocking fee which is ridiculous to me.”

“Well I didn't order a mk7 2018 version this is news to me from my email I wondered why it didn't fit like it was supposed to I couldn't even use it because it was too small would have been very good and gotten 5 stars but my other product I ordered showed up fast and they're great.”

“The process of finding the part for my car was easy, but the shipping took a really long time also it was very hard to track, and the app Arrive wasn’t helpful either it did not tell me where my package was at nor the tracking number.”

“I can't say if I like the product or not because of the item being delivered late. I was working on a short dead line of a single weekend in which I had to immediately leave town after only to find that I had to purchase lifters from another source. Even 2-daying the product it took an entire week for the product to show up, which I only know because of someone informing me a couple days after I left town.”

“2015 BMW M4. These spacers are a tight fit with aftermarket downpipes. Had to take the downpipes and exhaust off and grind material away from one spacer to make them fit. This also will not show ready states for this vehicle. Parts are high quality and came quickly.”

“Urotuning the company itself is a good company with fast shipping and normally quality parts.but these adjustable end links that I purchased did not do anything for me and are barely longer than factory links when fully spun out.i did not use them and I had already thrown out the packaging so I can not return them.i will personally never buy the end links again.”

“Hello, regarding the timing belt I purchased. Unfortunately I never received it. Initially there was a mistake on my end with the house # and once corrected i recieved an email confirming it would be delivered the following wed. They claim it was delivered and that's where it ended. I realize it was shipped from you therefore don't see any reason to concern you guys. Very dissapointed in the whole experience. Was really looking forward to puting that on my car and future purchases but can't afford to replace parts that didn't show. Again i have no issues w/ ur shop. Regards D.Meyers”

“Was good with fast shipping but I had to pay $40 for custom and delivery fee charges when the guy came to my door. I thought I already payed and I ordered the smallest box and still payed 40. I got some high flow cats from usp motorsports and that thing was big and heavy and I only had to pay $17 at my door. What’s the deal guys??”

“Great shipping, but when I received my item and installed it I had an issue with the sequential turns signals flickering and being jittery when the headlights were off in auto mode. I’ve emailed and tried the chat to get into contact with them about this issue and h e yet to receive a response.”

“Ordered a set of Euro replica tail lights for a GTI. Item was not marked shipped until I called and asked for a status update a week later. Item received but did not come with instructions or work as advertised. Called Urotuning and was told he'd look into it and would get back with me. I was never called back. I live in Europe so I get the delivery time, not complaining there.”

“Led lights were sent to me pretty quick . But only one worked. Not goin threw hassle of returning. So ya wen they work very bright. But wen it don’t work very dark!!”
