“Purchasing was quick and easy with delivery times being accurate. I did have to return an item and the initial return process was very quick and smooth however now that the parts have been returned there is a bit of a lull. The items were delivered Sept 4th and I am still waiting on disposition on when I will get replacements.”

“I normally always get great customer service and ease of purchase with these guys. I just wish the companies they partnered with for certain products and 'direct shipments' were more communicative. It's out of urotuning's hands when they aren't the ones shipping it but some communication in a more timely matter would've been better. Direct ship said 1-2weeks, i got it almost a month later.”

“Unfortunately I received my Golf R Side Skirt Kit missing 80% of the hardware, so I’m waiting for the remaining pieces to be shipped. My sales associate has been responsive, so I’m hoping it’s addressed soon.”

“The OBDeleven Pro seems to work fine, I brought it to do battery adaptation on an Audi. I installed the ODBeleven application on my Andriod phone and it found the ODBeleven bluetooth just fine and was able to perform a system scan just fine. I would give it a higher rating but I could not install the "PRO" activation code from label on side of box. From the instruction on the internet it says to ".. go to Profile > Get PRO > select I have activation code > enter your code". In my ODBeleven application when I go to Profile > Get PRO, it just wants to order a new PRO code and does not offer the "I have activation code" option. I looked all over for other people having this problem and for a solution, but no luck yet.”

“I bought the wheel studs for my current project and went by the description on the actual product. Sadly they were to short even though on the description it stated that they would fit up to a 20mm spacer. I ended up having to buy smaller spacers to make them fit the new rims I just purchased.The customer service was great but still wish they would correctly advertise products for a novice builder.”

“I didnt like it much. I needed it to be wider. But I also think it was the ppl that did the downpipes that made it difficult to put on the upgraded downpipes. So not sure who was at fault”
