“Urotuning is good at processing orders and getting them to me on time. However they lack in customer service. I emailed them about a product of theirs and didn't get a response. The problem isn't of high importance so I didn't email them again.”

“Ordered a clutch, got one with the wrong flywheel, called you guys Friday because my mechanic said it wasn't the right one, now it's Monday and I still don't have an answer to solve my problem. Here's the photo of what I got”

“I have had great experiences with Urotuning and even their customer service team. But due to an extreme inconvenience and miscommunication I'm out $50 for shipping on an ecu they could not tuned but I was reimbursed withe some Urotuning swag a t shirt some stickers and a lanyard. That is my reasoning for 3 stars. I now prefer ECS Tuning due to this happening.”

“I am happy with the customer service from uro tuning, however the product I am not satisfied with . One of the mount came with defect as a chunk is gone from one of them , I have lost confidence in this manufacturer.”

“Their customer service is honestly really great. Dealing with Sarah Webster has been a pleasure. However, my experience with this product has been somewhat of a pain. I ordered this and it didn't ship for about a week and a half, that's understandable. However, my exhaust tracking number showed nothing for almost a week and a half so obviously, as concerned as I was, I gave them a call. Turns out my exhaust was shipped to New York under my name instead of my own address in Michigan. I'm pushing 3 weeks waiting on my exhaust and it's been rather obnoxious. Not to blame anyone really, as mistakes can happen, but this is a pretty big mishap and I'm not very happy about it.”

“while this product was recommended by someone with the same vehicle as me, the part (screw bolt) does NOT fit my vehicle. had to do an extensive amount of sanding and evening cutting to make it fit. Wasn't even close. It would be nice for future shoppers to have something that fits.”

“Orders full metal kit....plastic was supplied....charged for metal version....only metal part was the crack pipe....car was in bits so I was committed to plastic again which is why I didn't return. No real supplied with thermostat. Bit disappointing really. Post was prompt.”

“I am very pleased with the exhaust now that it is in. When my exhaust first showed up I thought that all the parts where going to be in it, like they should be, so I cut out my old exhaust. Then I went to put In the awe one and there was a missing part so my car was stuck in the garage for 5 days. And I had trouble getting ahold of customer service.”

“My order was missing 3 flange nuts for Cat Converter. I called and they said they would ship a new set right away. A week later I called and was told they were out of stock(this was not mentioned on the first call) and would ship right away and that they would give me some "goodies" for the inconvenience. The nuts showed up six days later. I would have rather had the items shipped overnight than receive the goodies. All the parts were correct and worked very well, they just delayed my repairs and kept my car down for two extra weeks. :(”

“The website was easy to navigate and order from, no trouble there. Getting a tracking number and updates is where the problems began. Had to constantly ask about my item before getting any information or anything in motion as far as tracking and shipping notifications. This was purchased weeks before Christmas and did not arrive for weeks after and was meant to be a Christmas gift. Item was packaged well, but instructions are very poor and modifications needed to be made for this to fit well. Fits very poorly out of the box, few simple holes should have been predrilled for this install to be complete. This item is an unfinished product if you want my honest opinion.”
