These people have terrible customer service. I ordered a downpipe on April 3rd and was told the downpipe would ship on April 11th after I already purchased it. They sent me on a goose chase to find it and I paid for two day shipping. It’s now May 3rd and it shipped April 25th and I still haven’t received it. I would never buy from them again. Ever.

Item was brand New and in great condition. Only problem was that they company sent me the N55 fix Not N54. So the product is useless at this point. See Pictures, Square Box is N55, Small Chip is N54. Got the N55 version. Future buyers, make sure you double/triple check your orders and everything.

I used the urotuning sai delete plug for a 12v vr6 and the plug does not line up correctly and the o-ring was slightly to big and ripped on the way in. I now have to find a different one because this one does not work. I also bought a uro parts kit for thermostat housing and water pipe that was built very poorly, the o-ring between the coolant flange and plastic crack pipe housing is to big and the 2 surfaces do not mate seamlessly witch results in leaks. I will not be a returning customer.

Paid for Overnight Shipping and received the part a week later. They said they were at the mercy of the supplier but they should figure this out because I spent the extra money for nothing. Strongly recommend buying the part from the supplier rather than the middle man.

Honorable rotors do not buy .If you wanted that level of performance while sacrificing dive quality (grinding sound bad)you whould bu yfree floting rotors at that point .. DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

While I can get past a part being packaged poorly, and defects with a part ordered, what I can't get past is when I bring up these issues with customer service and I am told, 'you already installed it so too bad,' and 'we always package our products like that.' I wasn't asking for my money back or anything special. I just wanted to provide feedback to help them Make their products and service better. But after I got several rude emails from one employee, and never a response from a 'higher-up' which I asked for, I will not be using this company any more. Of course it sounds like they don't care about one customer who might have spent several hundred more dollars on their site. After all I already purchased the $120 part that turned out to be mediocre. So they got what they wanted out of me I guess. Good luck Urotuning.

Forgot APt. Number, customer service didn't check before shipping.. Package was returned, and was gonna charge to ship again.. They had it back since Friday, i had to call Monday and find out, by text messaging

Was not happy with the service. Called to get confirmation on part availability and order said part because I needed it right way. After being on the phone with someone for 30min I still didn’t have anything ordered because the guy apparently had no clue what he was doing. Hung up with him and order the part in 2min off of the website and wanted shipped straight to a shop and ended up getting hassle over that as well.

i have ordered twice in the last month and out of the six items I ordered 3 were on back order and nothing was aaid until I inquired about shipping status. Also packages shipped were poorly packed and labeled and over all I wasn't impressed
