“After receiving the BOV and then getting it installed it was acting up and leaking boost, it’s very iffy and each day is a different outcome. Sometimes it leaks boost sometimes it doesn’t. Overall Urotuning has been a pleaser to deal with they are helping me get my money back but Turbosmart has been a hassle and is not be cooperative with me. This is why I rate the product at “very poor.” Currently still haven’t gotten a refund as they want to test it and then send it back to me.”

“I ordered a brake sensor bypass connector. They are not needed but make for a clean, simple install. The sensors are bought for about $5 online. The bypass sensor is nothing more than the sensor wire with the 2 wires soldered together. At $20, this seemed like a fair price to pay. However that is per sensor. 2 are required per car and Uro only ships one. $40 is incredibly steep for 2 connectors that can be had at the dealership for $10. I attempted to return unused and received a partial refund. Not a great first experience with UroTuning.”

“I bought it months ago, it's still not shipped. Even emailed Uro, they blamed someone else. I'm going to cancel the order and never come back. I have a 335i and a TDI Jetta that I'm working on, I'm sure someone else will sell me parts. I wish i could leave 0 stars.”

“It’s leaking oil factory seal didn’t leak at all had the engine rebuilt so now I have to remove engine or transmission to see what the issue is”

“I bought the helix mk7.5 style headlight for my gti and the headlight was messed up and ended up melting the housing in less than 24hrs and I’ve been refused a replacement or even a discount on a replacement”

“Bought a Graf water pump for my VW Tiguan. Took a few hours to install. A year later the temp sensor within the pump failed.Was told no warranty. Replaced temp sensor with genuine VW. Took a few hours. Now the pump has failed. A few more hours. My advice is buy parts from somewhere with a warranty. ECS tuning is lifetime warranty. You have lost a customer.”

“I had a few questions initially before making a purchase and the salesperson had absolutely no technical knowledge whatsoever on the product... this was my first, and it will probably be my last purchase from Urotuning because of this unfortunate experience!!! how can you be a salesperson at a performance product company and not know anything about the products you're selling? seriously!!!”

“I purchased a set of vrsf 3" catless downpipes along with a Berger Motorsports cowl filter a for my 08 135i on Monday, October 29, 2019. The next day, I received an email with a FedEx tracking nunber letting me know that one of the items in my order (Cowl filter) was on the way. The next day, another email with a FedEx tracking letting me know the last item in my order (downpipes) was on the way. Fast forward to 11/1/19, I was expecting my parts to arrive according to the FedEx tracking number. Cowl filter arrived but no catless downpipes. In hindsight, I should have known there was an issue when the FedEx tracking status didn't change from label created for the downpipes. The next day, three FedEx tracking status changed to: pending. I reached out to Urotuning and explained the situation. I was told they'd reach out to VRSF and call me back. Urotuning made sure to let me know that vrsf is very hard to get a hold of and through email only. They didn't call me back. I called 3 more times in the timeframe of 3 days, before I got a call back. They finally let me know the catless downpipes were on a 1 week back order. I left an email on vrsf's website and a someone replied to my email within seconds. They said the catless downpipes are on a 1 week back order. I asked about the creakote option (which is what I ordered) and they said that's 4-5 weeks. I then checked VRSF's website and saw the back order status had been updated to the product. So at this point, im going to be waiting a month and a half for a set of downpipes . Had I know this when I ordered, I would have purchased a different brand of downpipes or maybe a second hand set. Nov. 13th: I have yet to receive any kind of notifcation from Urotuning letting me know that my order won't actually be just one week delayed but more like 4-5 weeks. Poor first experience with Urotuning. Thumbs down. I'll shopping with ECS or FCP Uro going forward. Rant over/”
