“Your lipstick and gel kohl liner were good, but the instabrow and mani marker were terrible. Both didn’t work at all”

“Item not as described. It is shown to not transfer color from your lips and to only turn sparkley after you rub your lips together. It is sparkly as soon as you put it on and does not get any more sparkly when you rub your lips together. Also transfers to my morning coffee cup. Not at all worth the price! Very disappointed”

“I ordered the gel eyeliner and the glitter lips. The eyeliner is great. The glitter lips, however falls extremely short of how it’s advertised. It’s hard to apply and glitter showed, it didn’t get more glittery as I pressed my lips. I really wanted this to work as I’m expanding my make up. I’m sad that it didn’t.”

“Love the glitter but the 2 colors I ordered are darker than shown in pictures and I’m about the same skin tone as model. Will be getting more but will be lighter in color.”

“Sooo bummed! Wanted the pop and sparkle but just not there! Must be enhanced photos and videos because there is just a hint of sparkle or glitter but nothing like the photos and videos posted! Also 2 of the 4 colors are not for me and they are sooo much more different then shown! Sooo disappointed”

“I love this brand, but, will start purchasing their items from retailers instead of their website. It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive and I was told my item was out of stock, just to receive a shipping notification the next day. Over all an aggravating experience.”

“Seemed like shipping took a WHILE. I thought it was coming from Europe but realized it was coming from New Jersey. Happy with package but just took about 3 weeks to get to me.”

“Although I love the red color, I do not see much a glitter effect in my lips. I have followed the directions and have worn the color in direct sunlight and nothing. It has a shimmer effect like is I was wearing a lipgloss instead of glitter pop. It also smudges way to easily! Even after allowing it to set.”

“I thought the colors were pretty, but the liquid lipstick was very drying. It flaked off and eventually the color did transfer. The glitter was pretty, but it got everywhere. The applicator is very messy, also.”

“It shimmers as promised, but the wand applicator is not neatly shaped, therefore making a thick, clumpy mess when applying. It's a bit disappointing.”

“My overall experience with Ciate is fantastic, However I recieved the wrong make up set and am just waiting to hear back. So, as for right now I'm giving a review of just acceptable until I hear back and see how things get handled. I know their closed for the Christmas holiday as they should be.”
