“My item was not properly packaged and broke in transit. A sheetof paper is not going to keep an eyeshadow palette safe from bouncing about. I wrote in to let the company know that my item was damaged and was told that I now have to wait for a whole new shipment to come in to get a replacement item. I placed my initial order very early on in the day of release for the limited run makeup that I purchased. I’m never ordering online again because I don’t trust how my item was packed.”

“The online color representation of the Glitter Flips is no where close to the actual colors. I sent a courtesy email to customer service prior to completing this survey to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment. I would not have purchased any of these had I known the true color. The response I received from customer service was very flippant and blamed the discrepancy on my own device and settings. Based on the lack of customer service and the misrepresentation of colors, I will not recommend this company especially for on line orders.”

“I purchased two Glitter Flips and was happy to receive tracking very quickly. Problem is, tracking still says "in pre shipment" almost 10 days after being told by Ciate "your order has shipped!". This is my second crummy experience trying to purchase from this company.”

“I bought some glitter flips, these products are very drying on the lips, and when I attempted to put a thin layer of chapstick over top, it seemed like it took away the glitter effect. It's a great concept, but you really need to improve your formula.”

“I received 3, one was an empty box, one when opened it the sponge part broke off in the container the one that did work was way more orange than the color looked online but it did glitter”

“I ordered the Glitter Flip "Forbidden" advertised as a "dark red." It is PURPLE!!! I wanted to then order the "red" one and it is sold out. Plus, it's not that glittery. Long lasting, but the color advertising is deceptive”

“Not as sparkly as shown, much flatter finish. Very Matte finish. Does last and stay on for a very long time just not glittery as shown.”

“The lipstick colors are very beautiful but they did have a few flaws. The first flaw is the color which appeared to be glossy even after “popping” on the demo, which it was not. Also the applicators are not very flexible and tend to have little run away hairs that make the lipstick smudge upon application. I would give the lipstick a 6/10.”

“They don’t respond to emails when you are trying to check on your order. I got an email a week ago that it shipped but the website still shows USPS hasn’t even received the order yet. Super disappointed”
