“I was so excited to try the new glitter flip liquid lipstick but unfortunately I did not like the color undressed when I swatched it. However the application and pigment was great. Since I used it and can not do an exhange...I would love to order another color. When I can make another purchase maybe I will try whisper.”

“I ordered the Jessica Rabbit glitter lipstick and was SO disappointed that it leaves an orange-y cast on my lips (not the most flattering look for my skin tone). I would return it but Ciate doesn't accept items that have been tried on (which seems ridiculous considering there was no way to know how it would look on me beforehand). Lesson learned: I will not be ordering from Ciate again. :(”

“I am not happy with this product and will most likely return it for a refund. The color doesn't look like the picture and way too dark as well as it gets clumpy and dry in minutes and looks flakey and that you have dry lips. Not a fan don't care what Jeffery Star says.”

“Unfortunately I seem to have had an allergic reaction to the lip gloss and I also found them to be very sticky. Cute and great lipgloss colors and very glittery but just not for me”

“I’m really disappointed in the quality over all of my products, I ordered the glitter flip in Candy it was nothing like the picture it was so much darker and unattractive to me the glitter was very hard to see also again not like the photo at all! I also ordered the wonderwand mascara it was even worse it flakes off leaving black pieces under my eyes, it didn’t look any different to me then normal mascara only very cheap quality I sadly will never order from this company again it was a waste of a good bit of money, I only wish I could return the items because I’m just going to throw them out.”

“You definitely have to put something on underneath. Leaves your lips really dry and cracked looking. It’s pretty and full of glitter but they need to add some type of moisturizer for the amount you pay.”

“The products were fine, but the links to receive what should have already been a 20% off my 1st order never happened. And then reaching out to customer service only got me to click on another link to still not be able to receive what I should have had to begin with. There is still no resolution. The link to the discount, which is to enter my email ends up being canceled because of a referal that I didn’t need to begin with for the discount. Annoyed”

“Disappointed. Ordered shipped from NJ, had to pay a separate international fee to the company. Was supposed to be BOGO, only received 3 instead of 4. No one to contact. Some colors were meh, not like pictured and product drying. Overall, never again.”

“The highlighter and lipstick were fabulous. On the other hand the eyeshadow pallet was horrible. As soon I started blending it just disappeared. Very disappointed”

“I thought this was going to truly sparkle! I followed directions, applied, waited the 2 minutes (but it was still tacky feeling) so waited a little more, then popped my lips together for a whole bunch of nothing!! Truly a dud, wasted my money on this beauty fad :(”

“I accidentally ordered twice, emailed right away to customer service so that I don’t get charged for both orders. And both were shipped with same colors. So now I’m stuck paying double for the same items. I still haven’t been reached out to and it’s been over 2 weeks. Wish you had a phone number to call. The order I’m commenting on with the 3 items is the one I wanted cancelled.”

“2 out of 5 only because I got the items very quickly. I'm glad I decided to try this lipstick when it was buy one get one free. I would have been so disappointed had I paid full price. This lipstick is so thick and dry. When I pressed my lips together, a layer of skin came off. Now, I regularly sugar scrub my lips and constantly have them moisturized. This lipstick doesn't apply evenly and no matter how hard I tried, it looked like a toddler colored in my lips. Completely unacceptable for $19 each! And glitter? The pictures you show have beautiful sparkling glitter. The actual lipstick does have glitter, but it's dull and barely noticeable even in direct sunlight. I am highly disappointed and you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging so much for such a horrible product. I purchased 4 and tried 3 of them. All 3 had the same result. Horrifically, I tried the first one on when I wasn't home and since it stains, I was stuck with that mess on all day until I was able to get home where my remover was.”

“I am SO disappointed in my recent purchase. The Jessica palette. I was so excited, because I love Jessica rabbit and the colors looked right up my alley. But the quality is SO POOR! the packaging is pretty but the shadows themselves are virtually useless. The mattes disappear with any blending. The shimmers are sealing as I dip my brush in FOR THE FIRST USE and the glittery metallics have ZERO payoff but are weird and fluffy and virtually falling out of the pan when I touch them with my brush. I want my money back. So disappointed.”
